Here is the live coverage for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17 which will take place on January 4, 2023, at the Tokyo Dome, in Tokyo, Japan. The January 4 Tokyo Dome Show is NJPW's biggest annual event and has been called "the largest professional wrestling show in the world outside of the United States" and the "Japanese equivalent to the Super Bowl".
This will mark the 32nd January 4 Tokyo Dome Show and the 17th promoted under the Wrestle Kingdom name. The event is set to honor the company's founder Antonio Inoki, who died on October 1, 2022.
The event card is an absolute banger as it features some of the greatest superstars in the world. The main will be for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship between Jay White (c) and Kazuchika Okada. In another prominent match, Will Ospreay defends the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against non-other than Kenny Omega.
The event is set to being at 3 a.m. ET/12 am PT. Preliminary matches will begin at 2:00 a.m. ET.
