'Pushpa 2' Opening Day Box Office Records

Hyderabad, December 5 - Superstar Allu Arjun is officially the king of Indian cinema as his highly-awaited action drama Pushpa 2 - The Rule, the second part of 2021's Pushpa - The Rise, has re-written the history at the box office by taking the biggest opening for an Indian title domestically and worldwide.

Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 hit the big screen on December 5 after the record-breaking night previews on December 4. It was the most anticipated Indian movie and after the opening day response, it can be said that the hype around it has been justified and it just seems the beginning of its record-breaking box office run.



While the last show of the first day is yet to be done, Pushpa 2 has broken some of the records and will take a special upcoming movie to go past these records in the near future which holds a significant opportunity for the growing box office market for an Indian film.
