Report: Bryan Danielson Would Step Away From Full-Time Wrestling
Aberdeen, 10 September - Bryan Danielson is stepping away from full-time wrestling and will only be making special appearances just like Edge and The Undertaker did during their final years in the ring.
Danielson is widely regarded as one of the top wrestlers globally, gaining significant fame through his more than 12-year stint in WWE. However, after his WWE contract ended in May 2021, he joined AEW and made his debut in September.
Now, it appears that Bryan's career as a full-time wrestler is approaching its conclusion as he plans to retire soon. On the September 9th episode of AEW Collision, Bryan Danielson made the announcement that he's winding down his days as a full-time wrestler.
In the promo, Danielson mentioned that he would be home once his daughter reaches the age of 7, and she's currently 6 years old. The latest report from Sports Illustrated provides a brief update, stating that Danielson won't be a full-time wrestler anymore. Instead, he will appear as a special attraction, similar to how The Undertaker and Edge did in their final years before retiring.
Danielson has a significant match lined up, fulfilling one of his dream matches as he gets ready to wrestle Zack Sabre Jr. at WrestleDream in Seattle.
