San Jose, 19 November - MJF Breaks Down in Tears After AEW Full Gear win.

In a shocking and emotional turn of events, MJF, the self-proclaimed "God of Professional Wrestling," broke down in tears during a promo after his win at AEW Full Gear. MJF defeated Jay White clean to retain the AEW World Championship.



After the match, the media scrum, MJF cut a promo. As you can see below in the clip, An emotional MJF pours his heart out whilst there’s background music playing & the music ends the moment he takes a bite of the pickle.

“I busted my ass to make it to the top of this f*cking sport, and when that table broke, I had two f*cking options. I could have thrown him in the ring like an absolute f*cking nerd, or I could have f*cking done what I set out to do and put on a show for the fans that I love.

These tears are not f*cking fake. Like it really hurts bad, and I landed on it really hard off the top rope, but I f*cking love wrestling so much, and I love this belt so much, and I love my best friend, Adam Cole, so much, and he helped me get through it, and I’m in a lot of f*cking pain.”

It's worth noting that the main event was interesting in itself. Initially, Adam Cole was supposed to defend the AEW World Championship against Jay White on behalf of MJF, who had suffered an injury during the pre-show. However, later in a surprising twist for the fans, MJF made a dramatic entrance by driving the ambulance to the arena and ended up defending the title himself.
