WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2020 Predictions & Preview: Match Card, Schedule

On October 4, 2020, it was announced that WWE's NXT brand would revive Halloween Havoc as a special episode of the weekly NXT television program on October 28. The last Halloween Havoc took place on October 29, 2000, from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada.

It will be the thirteen Halloween Havoc professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) which is set to take place on October 28, 2020, live from WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.



Two Higher Stake Matches And Rhea Ripley Vs. Raquel González has been Announced For Halloween Havoc 2020. In the first essential match, Johnny Gargano will challenge North American Champion Damian Preist.

LeRae vs. Shirai will be a rematch from the recent "Takeover: 31" event, which saw Shirai retain her title. Rhea Ripley Vs. Raquel González will also go one-on-one.

Johnny Gargano Vs. Damian Preist[North American Championship Match]

Johnny Gargano will get the title shot against the North American Champion Damian Preist, both matches will be followed by "Spin The Wheel make the deal."] North American Champion's own celebration over his victory against Dexter Lumis, was cut short due to a steel chair attack by Johnny Gargano.

NXT General Manager William Regal announced Gargano would challenge Priest for his title at NXT Halloween Havoc, but that bout, as well as Candice LeRae's contest against Io Shirai, would be contested under Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal rules, harkening back to Halloween Havocs of years' past.



Io Shirai Vs. Candice LeRae[NXT Women's Championship Match]

Candice LeRae defeated Shotzi Blackheart to become No. 1 Contender to the NXT Women's Championship. Candice LeRae's contest against Io Shirai, would be contested under Spin The Wheel, Make The Deal rules, harkening back to Halloween Havocs of years' past.

Rhea Ripley Vs. Raquel González

Rhea Ripley and Raquel González both are going back and forth in the last few days, last week Raquel González laid down the challenge to Rhea Ripley at Halloween Havoc 2020. Following the same night, Rhea Ripley accepted the challenge.

Santos Escobar Vs. Jake Atlas

Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar will face off with Jake Atlas in a non-title bout. Atlas latterly joined with Isaiah “Swerve” Scott and Ashante “Thee” Adonis” in the fight against Escobar and Legado del Fantasma.

Though Joaquin Wilde pinned Adonis in last week’s Six-Man Tag Team bout, Atlas planted Escobar with a massive cartwheel DDT off the announce table. Now, Jake Atlas will receive an opportunity to trap with the NXT Cruiserweight Champion one-on-one.

Cameron Grimes Vs. Dexter Lumis
