Hyderabad, 8 September - WWE is making a comeback to India with WWE Superstar Spectacle 2023 after nearly 6 years, and some of the company's top stars like John Cena, Finn Balor, Seth Rollins, Rhea Ripley, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Matt Riddle, Gunther, and more will be part of the action. However, there's a hiccup for Becky Lynch as she couldn't travel abroad due to a minor issue with her visa.

WWE's last event in India was in 2017, and now, after this long break, fans in India can look forward to seeing their favorite superstars in action. The event is set to happen on September 8, 2023, at the G. M. C. Balayogi Indoor Stadium in Hyderabad, India.



Currently, there are three matches scheduled. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will face off against Indus Sher (Sanga and Veer Mahaan) with Jinder Mahal by their side. Additionally, Rhea Ripley, the Women's World Champion, will take on Natalya in a singles match. Finally, John Cena and Seth Rollins will team up to battle Imperium (Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser).

Besides the confirmed matches, a former WWE star is expected to be present, but there isn't clear information about their role at the event.
