Box Office: Top 3 First Tuesdays of 2022; Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Third

Mumbai, May 25 - Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has witnessed the third biggest Tuesday for a Bollywood movie at the box office in 2022 as the film collected 9.56 crores net on the first Tuesday. The sensational blockbuster The Kashmir Files is at the number one position with 18cr net first Tuesday collections.

Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi collected 10.01cr net on its first Tuesday to claim the second spot in the list. Both The Kashmir Files and Gangubai Kathiawadi are the only films that went over the double-digit mark on their first Tuesday while Bhool Bhulaiya 2 is very close to that figure.

Also, Bhool Bhulaiya 2 has missed the double-digit mark due to less average ticket price so, in real value, Bhool Bhulaiya 2 would have crossed the double-digit mark with Gangubai Kathiawadi or The Kashmir Files ticket slab.

If we speak about all India blockbusters like KGF Chapter 2 and RRR then they collected 19.04cr and 15.02cr net box office collections on their first Tuesday but they were dubbed films in the Hindi and not the original Hindi films.
