Chennai, September 1 - Chiyaan Vikram's phycological action thriller film, Cobra has been trimmed by 20 minutes and will be released with a shorter run time from today evening onwards on all the screens. The film was originally censored with 3 hours 3 minutes run time. ## While the movie opened with mixed positive reviews from critics and audiences, it was criticized for its lengthy run time. Hyderabad, August 29 - Versatile Tamil star Chiyaan Vikram is gearing up for the release of his long-awaited film Cobra, which is scheduled to release on August 31 in Tamil and Telugu. The film marks Vikram's return to the big screen after almost three years and he is looking to make it big by going all out with the promotion. ## The "Cobra" team promoted the film in Hyderabad for the Telugu version. During the Hyderabad press meet, Vikram revealed basic plot details and what the story of the film is all about.
