Sachin Tendulkar Hospitalised As A Precautionary Measure After Testing Covid-19 Positive
Sachin Tendulkar has been hospitalized, as a precautionary measure. He had tested positive for coronavirus a few days ago with mild symptoms. Tendulkar, along with Yusuf and Irfan Pathan, and S Badrinath were also tested positive for covid-19. They all took part in the recently concluded Road Safety World Series.
Tendulkar tweeted about his health, "Thank you for your wishes and prayers. As a matter of abundant precaution under medical advice, I have been hospitalised. I hope to be back home in a few days. Take care and stay safe everyone".
He also wished Indians his teammates on the 10th anniversary of the World Cup 2011 win, in the same tweet. He was the leading run-scorer for India in the 2011 World Cup.
