Box Office: Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani On Course To Hit 300 Crores Worldwide

Mumbai, August 17 - Director Karan Johar's romantic family drama film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani has emerged as a big success at the worldwide box office. The filmmaker has managed to maintain his 100% success streak as a director.## Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, starring powerhouse of talent Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, is heading towards 300+ crores finish at the worldwide box office. It has so far grossed approximately 291.50 crores through the third Wednesday (20 days). The movie is expected to enter 300 crores club in the coming week.## RRKPK has managed to hold really well so far with the day-wise trend being much better than most of the recent movies. In India, the movie has so far minted 138.62 crores net (163.60 crores gross) while the overseas collection is simply fantastic with an estimated 128 crores to date.## At the overseas box office, RRKPK has become the biggest grosser for Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, beating all their previous films. Ayushmann Khurrana's 'Dream Girl 2' CBFC Certificate And Theatrical Run Time Revealed

Mumbai, August 16 - Director Raaj Shaandilyaa and actor Ayushmann Khurrana return with the sequel to their 2019's super hit comedy-drama film "Dream Girl". Ananya Panday is the female lead this time, replacing Nushrat Bharucha from the original movie. ## "Dream Girl 2" is scheduled to release on August 25 and this is the best bet for Ayushmann Khurrana as far as the box office prospects are concerned. Meanwhile, the movie has been certified with a "U/A" certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with an approved runtime of 2 hours and 13 minutes. Box Office: Gadar 2 First Wednesday Early Estimates; Mayhem Continues

Mumbai, August 16 - Gadar 2 mayhem continues at the box office after the historic 5-day Independence Day weekend domestically. On its first Wednesday/sixth day, Gadar 2 scores an estimated 34-35 crores net which is simply outstanding and unbelievable to describe. Mumbai, August 15 - National award-winning filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri's next film "The Vaccine War" has officially confirmed to clash with Prabhas-fronted "Salaar". Touted as India's first bio-science film, "The "Vaccine War" will be hitting cinemas worldwide on September 28, 2023.## The filmmaker conducted a Twitter poll yesterday (August 14) in which he asked people to pick one release date between September 28 and October 13, and the majority of people picked the earliest one which has now officially been confirmed by the makers.## The release date was announced with the first look teaser, which provides a glimpse of the activities of scientists involved with the BBV152 vaccine, also known as Covaxin, developed by Bharat Biotech in partnership with the Indian Council of Medical Research – National Institute of Virology.## Produced by Pallavi Joshi under the banner of I AM Buddha in association with Abhishek Agarwal Arts, the movie stars Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda, Pallavi Joshi, Anupam Kher, and Raima Sen, among others in key roles. ## "The Vaccine War" narrates the tale of the triumph of scientists and 130 crore people who fought the battle in the Covid-19 era.
