Mumbai, February 6 - Shah Rukh Khan's "Pathaan", after a big second weekend, is sustaining well on its second Monday as collections heading towards the double-digit mark. According to early estimates, the spy actioner scored an estimated around 9-10 crores net, depending on night shows. ## "Pathaan" being a frontloaded film is showing incredible hold on weekdays, keeping the dream of reaching 500 crores net alive. The advance booking collection for Monday was on the lower side but the spot booking remained pretty good, which is expected from a mass blockbuster. ## The second Monday collections of the Siddharth Anand-directed flick will take the total collections to a little over 440 crores net box office mark depending on where the actual second Monday numbers fall. Mumbai, February 5 - Pathaan has gone to another level on the second Sunday of its box office run as the early estimate collections suggest around 28 crores net in all versions. The film has shown a growth of around 25% compared to yesterday which is simply unbelievable as yesterday the film had a growth of close to 65%. Only universally accepted films show this sort of growth and there is no doubt that Pathaan is a universally accepted Blockbuster. ## The second Sunday collections will take the total collections of Pathaan to around 428cr net box office mark depending on where the actual second Sunday numbers fall. The mass centers have once again come in full force on Sunday due to the holiday while multiplexes were also good. There were expectations of 30cr Sunday and Pathaan was in the race to achieve that but the late evening and night shows have seen a fall in collections due to the next day being a working day.## At 428cr net box office collections, Pathaan has emerged as the third highest-grossing film ever in the Hindi language behind KGF2 and the biggest blockbuster of this century Bahubali2. Mumbai, February 5 - Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's "Pathaan" had a historic second Saturday at the box office as far as the Bollywood industry is concerned. ## Directed by Siddharth Anand, "Pathaan" scored 23.25 crores net on the second Saturday, which is the second biggest 2nd Saturday of all time for a Bollywood movie. With that, "Pathaan" has crossed 400 crores net mark (all languages) and becomes the first ever Bollywood film to achieve the feat. ## The Hindi version of "Pathaan" has scored 387 crores net, after a strong 22.50 crores on the second Saturday. The movie has now become the highest-grossing Hindi film ever, beating "Dangal" which grossed 374 crores net in the original Hindi version. At the time of writing this piece, "Pathaan" has become has crossed the 400 crores net in the Hindi language alone.## Not just domestically, "Pathaan" is breaking records at the overseas box office as well. It has become the highest-grossing Bollywood movie in the USA. It grossed $1.12 million on the second Saturday, pushing total gross collection to $13.40 million in 11 days. It surpassed Aamir Khan's "Dangal" ($12.39 million) to become the biggest Bollywood movie there.## "Pathaan" is also the highest-grossing Indian in Gulf countries. It has grossed approx. $11 million in this circuit in 11 days though it became the biggest Indian movie there in just 9 days, beating "Baahubali 2" ($10.50 million). ## The total worldwide gross collection of "Pathaan" is approx. 781 crores, including approx. 300 crores overseas. Mumbai, February 4 - Pathaan annihilated the box office on the second Saturday of its run with collections likely to be more than 60% compared to yesterday. The collections are heading towards the 23 crores net (Hindi - 22 crores) on the second Saturday, as per the early estimates. This is extraordinary growth for a mass front-loaded film that has already created historic initial records. ## The growth was always on the cards due to the superb holds on the weekdays but this sort of growth was unexpected and tells a lot about the public appreciation for Pathaan. East, West, North, and South Pathaan has superb growth all over the country across every circuit. There are a few underperforming centers as they are not at the historic levels but as standalone centers, they are doing well.## The second Saturday collections will take the entire collection of Pathaan to over 400cr net box office mark. The film has crossed the lifetime business of Dangal to emerge as the highest-grossing film in the Hindi film industry and it is also the first Hindi film that crossed the benchmark of the 400cr club. Pathaan is also heading to break many lifetime circuit records which might start in the next subsequent days. ## Sunday is set for further growth and a freaking 30cr plus Sunday cannot be ruled out the way the film is being appreciated. The second weekend stands at around 37cr net box office mark with a Sunday to come which will take the second weekend total to over 60cr marl easily or even a 65cr mark. Mumbai, February 4 - Shah Rukh Khan's "Pathaan" has become the highest-grossing Bollywood movie of all time at the domestic box office, beating Aamir Khan's all-time blockbuster "Dangal". Directed by Siddharth Anand, "Pathaan" scored 378.15 crores net, including 364.5 crores net in Hindi alone in 10 days. It has surpassed the "Dangal" lifetime collection of 387 crores in all languages as well as 374 crores in Hindi, as I type this piece, with a total net collection going past 400 crores (401 crores), including approx. 386 crores in Hindi.## As far as the gross collection is concerned, "Dangal" (535 crores) is still ahead of "Pathaan" (454 crores). "Pathaan" has also become the 3rd highest-grossing Hindi film after "Baahubali 2" (510 crores) and "KGF 2" (435 crores). Mumbai, February 3 - Pathaan is heading towards another big day at the box office as the early estimate collections suggest 14-15 crores net on its second Friday. The official collections of yesterday were 15.65 crores net and considering that Pathaan has shown a solid hold today.## The solid hold on the second Friday also confirmed that Pathaan will create havoc in the second weekend of its box office run. The 60cr second-weekend mark should be the target for Pathaan and the film will achieve this while 50Cr is given in the worst case. Mumbai, February 3 - Yash Raj Films' biggest bet has turned out to be the biggest blockbuster as Shah Rukh Khan-fronted "Pathaan" has concluded the extended opening week at the box office on a historic note. ## Siddharth Anand's directorial broke all the opening week records for a Bollywood movie and has set new benchmarks for the upcoming films to climb. "Pathaan", after becoming the biggest Bollywood opener of all time with 57 crores net, concludes a 9-day week with 364.15 crores net, including 351 crores in Hindi alone. ## Also starring John Abraham, and Deepika Padukone, "Pathaan" has beaten "KGF: Chapter 2" (268.63 crores) to score the biggest ever first week for a Hindi film. As far as the like-for-like record, "Pathaan" is still miles ahead of "KGF 2" which minted 280.18 crores net in the first 9 days. ## For an outright Bollywood movie, Salman Khan's "Sultan" was previously the biggest opening week grosser with 229.16 crores net in its 9-day week. Interestingly, "Pathaan" has already crossed the lifetime collection of "Sultan" (300.12 crores) in just 6 days. ## At the overseas box office, "Pathaan" has grossed approx. 260 crores in 9 days, for a total worldwide cume of approx. 697 crores in as many days. It has topped 700 crores gross as I type this and becomes the 5th Bollywood and 9th Indian film to achieve the feat. London, February 3 - Superstar Shah Rukh Khan's blockbuster "Pathaan" has become the highest-grossing Indian film at the United Kingdom box office. The spy action thriller has beaten the previous record held by "Dhoom 3" for 10 years. ## Aamir Khan-fronted "Dhoom 3" grossed £2.71 million at the UK box office and was the biggest Indian movie there. Now, the Shah Rukh Khan-fronted blockbuster "Pathaan" has crossed that mark in just 9 days to become the new box office king in the country for an Indian film. It currently has grossed £2.8 million.## Salman Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is the 3rd biggest Indian film in the UK with £2.66 million, followed by Shah Rukh Khan's "My Name is Khan" at number 4 with £2.62 million, and "Dangal" at 5 with £2.56 million.## The total overseas collection of "Pathaan" is close to $32 million after 9 days. It has become the highest-grossing Bollywood movie internationally, excluding China. Mumbai, February 2 - Pathaan continues to dominate at the box office as the early estimate collections suggest 15-16 crores net on its 2nd Thursday. These figures are extraordinary as only a few films have managed to collect higher collections on their opening day compared to the 9th day of Pathaan.## The collections of Pathaan are universal from the multiplexes to smaller town single screens and it is the single screens that are holding well, especially in the mass centers of Delhi, UP, and Bihar. West Bengal is an SRK-driven circuit and is doing pretty fine. The only circuits that are not at the level of other historic blockbusters are Gujarat and East Punjab.## The second Thursday's early estimate collections will take the total collections of Pathaan to around 364 cr net box office mark. The film has shown around a 20% drop in the last two days but that is because the film is coming after a humongous extended weekend and then extraordinary Monday and Tuesday figures. The film will see another drop tomorrow but the good thing is that there is no other film to challenge the footfalls of Pathaan which means Pathaan can score huge 2nd-weekend numbers which could be among the biggest of all time. ## The film will beat the numbers of Dangal to emerge as the biggest grosser of the Hindi film industry in the next two days. It has now become (as I type this) the biggest domestic scorer in Yash Raj Films' spy universe, beating Salman Khan's "Tiger Zinda Hai". ## "Tiger Zinda Hai" (2017), directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, has earned approx. 339 crores net in Hindi. "Pathaan" has crossed that mark in just 9 days, and it will cross the 350 crores mark by the end of the day. As far as the gross collection is concerned, "TZH" is still ahead with approx. 433 crores as "Pathaan" will be around 420 crores gross in 9 days.## Siddharth Anand's "War" (2019), starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff is the third biggest-grosser movie in the spy universe with approx. 303 crores net while Salman's "Ek Tha Tiger" (2012) scored approx. 199 crores. At the worldwide box office, "Pathaan" is miles ahead rest of the aforementioned films as the collection will be close to 700 crore gross in 9 days. The early estimate collections are set to be around 19-20 crores net which is an excellent number coming after a record-smashing first-week collection. ## The second Wednesday collections will take the total box office collections to just a little under the 350cr net. The film has beaten some of the biggest blockbusters of the last decade today like PK, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Sanju to emerge as the second highest-grossing film in the Bollywood film industry. The film requires another 40cr net box office mark to beat the highest-grossing Hindi film Dangal which will be crossed by Friday. ## The extended first-week collections (Nine days) are set to be around 365Cr net or even higher. The film is the fastest box office earner of all time and now its only competition is Bahubali2 as far as lifetime business goes. The film is sure to smash the record of Bahubali2 but the second Friday will go to determine that. ## The film has emerged as a huge blockbuster at the box office and it is the 11th blockbuster in the hugely sustaining career of Shah Rukh Khan. In terms of the number of blockbusters Shah Rukh Khan is second to Salman Khan among his generation of stars. Mumbai, January 31 - Pathaan continues its rampage at the box office as the early estimates collections suggest another around 21 crores net (approx. 20 crores Hindi) on its first Tuesday/7th day. The collections are simply historic, to say the least. The records are being smashed in every circuit by huge margins and there is no sign of stopping this anytime soon.## The first Tuesday collections will take the total collections of Pathaan to 328 crores net box office mark. Pathaan also completes its first-week run today as it was released on Wednesday last week. The first-week collection of around 316 crores Hindi net marks the biggest first week ever for a Bollywood movie. ## The previous highest first-week record holders were KGF2 and Baahubali2 and Pathaan smashed those records in the extended weekend only. It has also become the first film that crossed the 300cr mark in its opening week and hopefully we will see some more films on the list soon. ## Tomorrow the film will beat the collections of PK, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Sanju to emerge as the 2nd highest-grossing film in the Bollywood film industry.
