Further sweetening the deal, the production house has agreed to bear the bank interest incurred by the distributors due to the six-month postponement. Additionally, the distribution commission has been reduced from 12% to 8%, a move that the distributors have reportedly accepted. To provide a final layer of security, KVN Productions has given a unique assurance. If Jana Nayagan fails to recover the distribution amount at the box office, the production house has promised to compensate the distributors through their upcoming mega-project, Toxic.
