Akshay Kumar's Action Adventure 'Ram Setu' Trailer Clocks Over 25 Million Views In The First 24-Hours
Mumbai, October 12 - Akshay Kumar-fronted action adventure Ram Setu is one of the most-awaited films and the trailer of the same was launched on October 11. The film, directed by Abhishek Sharma, is set in 2007 and it follows an archeologist who is investigating the nature of Ram Setu, known in English as Adam's Bridge.## The trailer has received a good response from the audience on YouTube. It was launched in Hindi along with Tamil and Telugu and clocked over 25 million views in the first 24 hours. The Hindi trailer scored 22.8 million views while Telugu and Tamil trailers, which were launched a few hours later, clocked 1.4 million and 1.1 million, respectively. ## The response to the "Ram Setu" trailer is good but as compared to Akshay Kumar's recent films, the response is mixed. The "Bachchhan Paandey" trailer had got 31+ million views in the first 24 hours while "Samrat Prithviraj" scored 44+ million, which is the highest ever for an Akshay Kumar movie during the said time. "Raksha Bandhan", meanwhile, has had a decent response with 17+ million views. ## "Ram Setu", produced by Cape of Good Films, Abundantia Entertainment, Lyca Productions, and Amazon Prime Video, is touted to be the biggest film of Akshay Kumar's career. The movie also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Nushrratt Bharuccha, Satya Dev, and Nassar in prominent roles. ## The movie is scheduled to release on October 25 in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.## Stay tuned...
