Mumbai, Jan 14 (IANS) From dancers to singers, magicians, comedians, rappers, beatboxers, stuntmen to what not, different talents will come together to showcase their acts on the reality show 'India's Got Talent'.## The panel of judges who will be judging these talents includes theatre, film, and television personality Kirron Kher, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, rapper Badshah, lyricist, poet, and screenwriter Manoj Muntashir. Arjun Bijlani will be hosting the show and introducing the participants to the judges.## Shilpa Shetty shares her experience of judging the talent-based reality show and says: "I have judged a dance-based reality show before, but 'India's Got Talent' is a new experience for me altogether! I am amazed at the talent that our country has. Each participant has been unique and almost every other performer left us speechless".## Kirron Kher, who has a long association with the show, says that coming back on it as a judge is a great moment for her.## "It's always a pleasure to be associated with 'India's Got Talent' because it gives me the opportunity to witness and experience untapped talent from across our country. Each season has had its highlights and this one is no different," she adds.## Rapper Badshah asserts that being a judge on the show gave him a chance to see different talents, unlike others who either bring dance or singing.## He says: "Generally, we see singers and dancers take center stage on talent-based reality shows. But there is so much more beyond singing and dancing that one can look forward to on 'India's Got Talent'."## Badshah shares that on this show he witnessed cultural diversity: "From cultural diversity to uniqueness and exploration of art forms, there is so much that I have come across on this platform and enjoyed myself. 'Mindblowing' is how I would define this season".## Manoj Muntashir as a judge calls the talents exceptional and unique in their acts.## "The kind of performances and acts that the viewers will get to see this season are exceptional. The key factor that I look forward to is variety as I believe our nation is abundant when it comes to talent," he adds.## The format of 'India's Got Talent' is an adaptation of the international format 'Got Talent' that is created and owned by Syco and Fremantle. It is a British talent show. Since 'America's Got Talent' aired in 2006, the concept was adopted in other countries as well. So, in India it is adapted as 'India's Got Talent'.## Arjun who will be hosting it says the highlights of the show is its content and different talents.## "'India's Got Talent' as a show is respected for the kind of content and talent it churns out. It's not restricted to a certain set of talent only - therefore it offers a lot of variety and there is always an element of surprise. You don't know what the next contestant is going to come up with. Mumbai, Jan 13 (IANS) Actor Simba Nagpal, who was evicted from 'Bigg Boss 15' during a task when Pratik Sehajpal eliminated him and saved Neha Bhasin, is now all set to enter the house as a wild card contestant.## Though earlier he denied re-entering the show, saying he is not interested in useless fights but now as per sources close to him, Simba has decided to be part of 'Bigg Boss 15' again as a wild card contestant.## Simba was often criticized for just being lazy, sleeping all the time, and not contributing much to the show. In an interview with IANS, he replied: "Well I really don't understand what the show wanted from me. They wanted me to raise issues, get into unnecessary arguments just to seek attention. I can't be like this".## Post his eviction many called it unfair as he was not evicted on the basis of getting fewer votes but rather because of the housemates. It would be interesting to know how his game is going to be after his entry this time especially with Pratik Sehajpal as he was evicted because of him.## He was quite chilled out during his eviction and said: "This is not a daily soap where we need to create drama, I believe in reality shows one needs to be real and that is what I did on the show. I am chilled out in all situations and never take the stress. I was like this".## As 'Bigg Boss 15' has been extended for two weeks, the makers have approached Simba, Vishal Kotian, and Rajiv Adatia. Simba was initially denied but now he is entering with Rajiv Adatia. Vishal has tested positive for Covid-19, so his entry has been postponed. Mumbai, Jan 11 (IANS) Lyricist, poet, and screenwriter Manoj Muntashir, who will be joining judges Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Kirron Kher, and Badshah, on "India's Got Talent" is enthusiastic about the new season.## Manoj says, "Being on the judge's chair is like an accomplishment." He further elaborates on what sets this show apart from others and how he feels about being part of it as a judge.## "In in one word if I have to say what makes it apart from other reality shows, then that would be 'variety'. The show does not depend on a single act or a single talent, it is neither a singing show nor a dance show. It is everything and that 'everything' is the key. Right from magic acts to aerial acts, to contemporary dances to classical dances to singing, beatboxing, and more, the show is a hub for a huge and diverse range of talents present together on one platform".## On the question, how he feels to be a part of the show as a judge, he replies: "I feel very proud for two reasons. First, the judges' chair on India's Got Talent has always been occupied by the greatest talents of the industry. Secondly, I also feel very proud because I have been a part of the backstage team for three seasons! I have written three seasons of India's Got Talent seasons 4, 5, and 6. So, now that I will be judging the show from right in front of the camera, I definitely thank my stars for it and it's a moment I can surely be proud of".## Indeed, Manoj seems quite excited to be with talented personalities of the entertainment industry and it is quite relevant from their fun and engaging banter between him and fellow judges on social media. The camaraderie is crazy.## "All of us (Shilpa Shetty, Kirron Kher ji, and Badshah) have never been together on any platform before this. But it doesn't feel like that. It feels like we have been together for ages. The comfort level we share translates on-screen. None of it is fabricated and every interaction the viewers have seen so far on social media is very real. We also imitate each other at times and have a lot of fun while shooting. It feels like another home to me," shares Manoj, adding Kirron Kher is most difficult to 'please'.## "Kirron Ji is the most difficult to please. Because she has seen a barrage of talents over the period of nine seasons. So, for us things might be new, things might be fresh. But for her, she has seen everything. With time, her taste has broken the roof. So, it's very difficult to please her and to show her something which she has not seen before," he adds.## Being a judge on a talent-based reality is full of changes and also one needs to be a keen observer. Every judge sets certain criteria to judge the talent and for Manoj, it is simply 'entertainment'.## "If the act has moved me, entertained me, has got some scope to move forward and if I think it is promising enough to be presented to the viewers then, it's a 'yes' from my side. So, my clear one-word answer is 'Entertainment,'" he asserts.## He further continues saying it is certainly very easy and very tough. All the judges are a medium between the audience and the performers.## "Keeping this in mind, we have to judge all the acts very responsibly. It's a difficult job and it's a big responsibility on the shoulders. So yes, there is pressure. I know the DNA of the show and have been a part of the creative team for three seasons. The Indianness level of the show is very deep-rooted. The performers come from small towns, small cities, and sometimes from very distant villages of India. So, when viewers watch them on this show, they feel connected. The only aspect that sets them apart from any common viewer is their talent. Actress Shubhangi Atre calls this sequence as most interesting and hilarious.## The track revolves around Angoori informing Tiwari (Rohitashv Gaur) that she is pregnant. Mumbai, Jan 10 (IANS) The latest promo of 'Bigg Boss 15' has made a confirmed announcement that the show is going to be extended for two weeks.## In the promo, host Salman Khan informs the housemates that Ticket To Finale will continue and the show is going to be extended for two weeks. Therefore, 'Bigg Boss 15' will have its grand finale by January end.## Earlier it was expected to have the finale on January 16. But, now the makers have made an official announcement to extend the show for two weeks, so it will continue till January-end.## Meanwhile, a few wild card contestants may enter the house. Vishal Kotian and Rajiv Adatia were supposed to enter as wild card contestants but after Vishal tested positive for Covid-19, his entry has been delayed. Rajiv will also enter after a while. Mumbai, Jan 9 (IANS) 'Bigg Boss 15' fame Vishal Kotian has tested positive for Covid-19, and if sources are to be believed his entry as a wild card contestant has been postponed. He took to his social media account to share the news.## Vishal wrote: "I have tested positive for Covid-19. I am asymptomatic and feeling completely okay. I have isolated myself and followed the protocol given by my doctor and health professionals. If you have been in contact with me, request you to please get tested immediately. Stay safe everyone".## Vishal was among the strongest contestants inside the house initially, however when his strategies started coming out, he lost many of his connections. He bonded well with Shamita Shetty, Tejasswi Prakash, and Umar Riaz.## Post this news his fans and friends have wished him early recovery messages.## As the makers have planned to extend the show for almost 15 days which was earlier supposed to have its finale on January 16, few wild card entries were expected and the names that were going around were of Rajiv Adatia and Vishal Kotian.## Umar Riaz may also enter the show as a wild card contestant because of continuous demand from his fans. Mumbai, Jan 8 (IANS) Enigmatic yesteryear actress and dancer Helen recalled late actor Shammi Kapoor on the singing reality show 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa'. As Helen is appearing as a special guest, each contestant gave power-packed performances on her famous dance numbers.## While each of them has given their best it was Vraj and Rajashri's dance moves on the song 'O Haseena Zulfonwali Jane Jahan' from the film 'Teesri Manzil', that took Helen down memory lane.## Feeling nostalgic after witnessing Vraj and Rajashri's performance, Helen said: "Such a beautiful performance! I just went down memory lane, and it reminded me of Shammi Ji today. Shammi Ji, are you listening?. If he would have been here, he would have been so happy after seeing your performance".## She recalled working with the late actor and continued: "We both have worked in a lot of films together but let me tell you, he was a prankster, he used to make us all laugh on set. We have done rehearsals for this song around 8 to 10 times, and Shammi Ji had his style. He never used to do any rehearsals".## When Helen's husband and screenwriter Salim Khan made an appearance in the video, she reminisced how even he was part of the famous track 'O Haseena Zulfonwali Jane Jahan' and played drums on it.## She further added: "Salim Saab played a small role, too. Mumbai, Jan 8 (IANS) Actor Zeeshan Khan claims he never regretted giving up his parallel lead role in Ekta Kapoor's long running show 'Kumkum Bhagya' for participating in the first season of 'Bigg Boss OTT'.## He says: "I never regret quitting my show being aware how big my role was in it. Of course, I was sad. I really loved the team. Shabir (Ahluwalia) sir, Sriti (Jha) are amazing people. But as I was heading towards a new journey in 'Bigg Boss' which was keeping me strong. Mumbai, Jan 7 (IANS) Actor Jimmy Sheirgill opens up about the reports going around about his television debut and says it is too early to reveal anything as nothing has been finalized from his end.## As per sources, 'Udaariyaan' producers, Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey are all set to come up with a new show, titled 'Swaran Mandir', which is going to be a family drama. It is about a couple who are abandoned by their young children at an old age.## The makers have approached well-known actor Aman Verma and later Jimmy for the show to play a lead role. But Jimmy has not signed any contract, and neither Aman said 'yes' for the show.## Jimmy told IANS that Sargun and Ravi just narrated the idea.## "I have done a Punjabi film, 'Jindua' many years back with Sargun, so I know both of them for quite a long time. They narrated an idea to me but beyond that, no contract has been signed yet. This is too early to say anything as things have not moved ahead. I don't know how this news came out. In fact, I am also shocked that without any confirmation, these reports are going around", he says.## On his interest in doing television shows, the actor adds: "I have been occupied with movies and web shows like 'Your Honor', so doing a television serial that too if it continues for years is not possible. Of course, if something interesting comes for a short span of time, I can think of being part of it".## Jimmy started his career with the movie, 'Maachis' and later did movies such as 'Mohabbatein', A'Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai', 'Munna Bhai M.B.B.S' and also ventured in web shows among which recent one is 'Your Honor'.## Stay tuned...
