The government of Tamil Nadu has brought some happiness to the owners of cinema halls after the government has issued an amendment which stated that theaters will be opened soon. However, there is no clear indication when they will be opened but the order says that as the lockdown is opening up in phase manner, the cinemas too will open shortly. ## It has been almost two and a half months since the theaters are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic and the nationwide lockdown. However, theaters were closed even before the nationwide lockdown was announced on March 25 by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the COVID-19 infection was increasing. ## #CinemaTheatres in #TamilNadu to open soon? The state's literacy rate is 80.33% in 2011, which is above the national average. ## A survey conducted by the Industry body Assocham ranks Tamil Nadu top among Indian states with about 100% Gross Enrollment Ratio (GER) in primary and upper primary education. ## The Teacher Eligibility Test, known as TET, is the minimum qualification required in India for a person to be eligible for appointment as a teacher for Classes I to VIII. The test is mandatory for teaching jobs in Indian government schools. ## There are two papers: Paper 1, for teachers of Classes I to V, and Paper 2 for Classes VI to VIII. ## The TET is conducted both by the central and state governments of India.
