Ram Pothineni's Upcoming Bilingual Movie 'The Warrior' Attracts Handsome Price For Hindi Dubbing

Hyderabad, January 25 - Telugu star Ram Pothineni's next film has been titled "The Warriorr", which is being directed by Lingusamy. The Tamil-Telugu bilingual movie recently went on floors under the production banner of Srinivasa Silver Screen. ## Ram Pothineni is playing the role of a cop in this film, which is touted to be a different kind of movie in this genre. Meanwhile, "The Warrior" is already getting the attention for its Hindi dubbed version as RAPO's previous movies, such as "iSmart Shankar", "Shivam", were quite popular on satellite in Hindi. ## According to reports, the makers of "The Warrior" have sold the Hindi dubbing rights (Satellite & Digital) to RKD Studios for a handsome price of Rs. 16 crores, which is the highest for RAPO's movie. In the last couple of years, South Indian movies are gaining a lot of attention among Hindi audiences, so it is no surprise that #RAPO19 is sold for a whopping sum. ## "The Warrior" marks RAPO's debut in Tamil cinema. Even though he has done all his movies in Telugu, he speaks the Tamil language very well, and will himself be dubbing the film in Tamil. Krithi Shetty, who made her debut in Tollywood with blockbuster "Uppena" (2021), plays the female lead as a radio jockey. Aadhi Pinisetty (of Eeram fame) plays the antagonist in the film. ## More than half of the shoot has been completed of "The Warrior" in Hyderabad. Mumbai, January 24 - Telugu star Ravi Teja delivered the first Indian blockbuster of 2021 in the form of the action-drama film "Krack". Released in January 9, "Krack" went on gross over Rs. 60 crores worldwide, and played a big role in bringing people back to theaters. ## The actor is now gearing up for the release of his next, titled "Khiladi". Directed by Ramesh Varma, the action-packed thriller is scheduled to release on February 11 worldwide. Hyderabad, January 23 - Telugu movie, "Akhanda", starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead role, was a big hit at the box office. Released on December 2 last year, the action drama is still playing in select theaters and has so far earned over Rs. 125 crores worldwide. ## Directed by Boyapati Srinu, "Akhanda" was made available on Disney Plus Hotstar on January 21, 2022, and received a blockbuster response on its digital premiere as well. According to the producers, "Akhanda" has become the all-time highest viewing Indian film in the first-24 hours.## Dwaraka Creations, the production house of the film, took to Twitter and announced the milestone achievement. Manish Shah Of Goldmines Telefilms Predicts Box Office Fate Of Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rule'

Mumbai, January 22 - Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" (Part 1), which was released on December 17, shocked the industry and trade experts with its phenomenal box office outcome in the dubbed Hindi version. This Sukumar-directed, however, has had an average opening in Hindi, but strong word of mouth helped it put up a strong show at the box office, clocking Rs. 90 crores in Hindi till now. ## Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms has the Hindi dubbed rights and it is said that he generated over Rs. 40 crores profit from the theatrical release of the film. He is now looking optimistic about the box office potential of part two, titled "Pushpa - The Rule". The hype for "Pushpa 2" is already sky-high, and it could repeat what Prabhas' "Baahubali - The Conclusion" did in Hindi belts. ## "Pushpa 2" is slated to go on floors in April 2022, and the makers are eyeing to release it in December this year. Manish Shah, during a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, had said that the movie might not release this year but he is confident that it will be a historic blockbuster and might even break "Baahubali 2's" box office record in Hindi. ## "In my opinion, Pushpa 2 – The Rule is going to be a historic blockbuster. I don't know how many records it will break", he said. Baahubali 2 had made a whopping Rs. 510 crores in Hindi (highest ever in Hindi). Shah believes that if executed well, "Pushpa 2" can break that record.## "Well, there's a possibility. Baahubali's first part collected Rs. 120 crores. Pushpa: The Rise – Part 01 will end up with a lifetime of Rs. 93-94 crores. Therefore, the difference is only 30%. 50% zyada mehnat kar di hum sab ne to Pushpa 2 Baahubali 2 ka record tod degi! (If we have worked 50% more, then Pushpa 2 will break the record of Bahubali 2)", he added.## The script of "Pushpa 2" is currently being developed by Sukumar. It is said that the second part will have one more antagonist besides Fahadh Faasil, who will be the main villain in the film. Prabhas' Upcoming Films' List Gets Bigger With Two More Movies!

Having done only 3 films in the last six years, the "Baahubali" actor seems to be in no mood to repeat the long gaps between his two movies going ahead. ## Prabhas, whose last release was "Saaho", already has a line-up of the confirmed Pan-India movies such as Radhe Shyam, Salaar, Adi Purush, Project K, and Spirit. Hyderabad, January 21 - The release of SS Rajamouli’s period drama RRR had been pushed after a record rise in the number of Covid-19 cases, partly due to the new and highly infectious Omicron strain. Exciting Update On Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rule' Cast, Plot Details Revealed

Hyderabad, January 20 - The blockbuster success of "Pushpa - The Rise", starring Allu Arjun, and Rashmika Mandanna has raised the expectation sky-high for its sequel, titled "Pushpa - The Rise". The fact that the makers didn't expect this much popularity of the film in other languages, especially in Hindi, where the movie becomes the bigger hit than the original Telugu version. ## Now, the makers are working on the second part of the film, and as per reports, it will be made on a bigger scale. The movie was supposed to go on floors in February this year, however, the makers have decided to change the plot to appeal to the Pan-India audience in a true sense.## According to reports, director Sukumar has decided to change the plot of "Pushpa - The Rule" vastly. The scripting of the second part is currently underway, and reportedly, it will include Allu Arjun's action sequence on a bigger scale. While most of the characters will continue, the second part will have one more antagonist apart from Fahadh Faasil. ## Actress Rashmika Mandanna, who plays the female lead opposite Allu Arjun, recently revealed in an interview that the shoot of "Pushpa 2" will begin from March this year. However, it might be pushed to April as the script is not yet fully ready and will take some more time. ## During a recent interaction, director Sukumar revealed that if everything would go as per plans, "Pushpa - The Rule" might release on Christmas 2022 worldwide in multiple languages. Balakrishna's 'Akhanda' Completes 50 Days In Theatres Successfully

Chennai, Jan 20 (IANS) Director Boyapati Sreenu's 'Akhanda', featuring Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead, has successfully completed a 50-day run in theatres.## Sources close to the unit claimed that the film had accomplished the feat in 103 centres. 'Akhanda', which has been made on a budget believed to be the highest ever for a Balakrishna film, has done a roaring business of Rs 200 crore. This includes theatrical gross and non-theatrical revenues.## Director Boyapati Sreenu and Balakrishna's combination is proving to be a formidable one as this is the third consecutive blockbuster that the two have managed to deliver together, the other two blockbusters being 'Simhaa' and 'Legend'.## The makers claim that 'Akhanda' has provided huge profits to not just the producer but all the distributors as well. The film has been doing exceptionally well overseas too. Allu Arjun's 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' Hindi Release Plans Locked

Mumbai, January 19 - Allu Arjun's Telugu blockbuster "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" (2020) is gearing up the release of its Hindi version on January 26. After the unpreceded success of "Pushpa - The Rise" in Hindi belts, Allu Arjun proved his stardom in Hindi and now, the makers want to cash in the opportunity with one of his biggest blockbusters. ## Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms in association with AA Films acquired the Hindi dubbing rights of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo". Normally, the dubbed versions of South Indian films do not release theatrically, however, the "Pushpa" success has installed enough confidence in makers to go for the big. ## In a recent chat with Bollywood Hungama, Manish Shah shared the release plans of the dubbed version of Telugu superstar's second highest-grosser of all time. He also called AVPL the biggest non-Baahubali hit down South. The producer has leid high hopes with this film as well and is hoping that AVPL will also create the same success as "Pushpa". ## Manish Shah revealed that the Hindi theatrical trailer of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" will be released on January 20. The teaser was unveiled on January 18. As for the screen count, the producer put the record straight and said that they are targetting a single screen audience and eyeing around 2000 screens in the country.## Interestingly, "Pushpa - The Rise" has had the highest screen count for the Hindi version was around 1650, so releasing AVPL on 2000 screens will be a more than handful if it catches the attention of the audience.
