Mumbai, July 19 - Director Mohit Suri's Saiyaara had a monstrous first day at the box office, which saw it beating all the Bollywood films of 2025 except Vicky Kaushal's historical action drama, Chhaava, on the online ticketing platform, Book My Show.## The romantic drama sold approximately 4,20,000 tickets on the first day of its release on Book My Show, which is the second biggest for Bollywood this year. Mumbai, July 15 - Director Nitesh Tiwari's big screen adaptation of Ramayana is officially the costliest Indian film by a long margin, after producer Namit Malhotra revealed that the budget for this 2-part epic will be in the range of Rs. 4000 crores. ## In a recent podcast, Malhotra said that they have been working on this mega project for the past 6-7 years and by the time they are done with both parts, the budget will be around $500 million, which equals roughly Rs. 4000 crores. ## "We are making the largest film in the world for the greatest story and greatest epic that the world should see. I think it's still cheaper than some of the Hollywood films' budgets. I think we are making a bigger film at a lower cost. The movie will also feature Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, and Annu Kapoor in their respective roles. ## Jolly LLB 3 To Clash With Kantara: Chapter ## If the makers lock the October 2nd release for Jolly LLB 3, it could mean that the movie will clash with Rishab Shetty's Pan India movie, Kantara: Chapter 1. There were rumours of the postponement of the much-awaited Kannada title, but the makers dropped a new poster a couple of days ago and confirmed that the film is on track for October 2 release as the shoot is completed. ## Can Kantara Pose A Threat To Jolly LLB 3 or Vice Versa? ## Even though Kantara: Chapter 1 is not a direct Hindi film, it is carrying a big buzz in the dubbed version, especially since the first film, Kantara (2022), was a surprise hit in the Hindi market. The trade is optimistic about the film's box office prospects. However, Jolly LLB 3 is also a franchise film with a strong star cast and is easily one of the most anticipated Bollywood films. 'Drishyam 2' Hindi Cast To Reunite For 'Drishyam 3'

Mumbai, July 9 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is gearing up for the final chapter of the crime suspense thriller franchise, Drishyam, which begins filming this October and releases in theatres worldwide on October 2, 2026, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti. ## Directed by Abhishek Pathak, Drishyam 3 will reunite the cast of Drishyam 2. According to the report by Pinkvilla, actress Tabu, who has been a big part of the movie and featured in the first two movies, will return alongside Akshaye Khan, who featured in the second movie, for the third film. ## It is said that director Pathak recently discussed the idea of Drishyam 3 with Tabu and Khanna, and the actors were bowled over by the unpredictability of the screenplay, and instantly agreed to come on board the upcoming film. ## The report further stated that Drishyam 3 will most likely be the final film of the franchise, centring on the three main characters portrayed by Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and Akshaye Khanna.
