Tollywood Superstar Ram Charan To Make His Digital Debut On Netflix?

Hyderabad, February 15 - Tollywood superstar, Ram Charan, who is getting ready for the release of highly-anticipated "RRR", has reportedly been approached by Netflix to headline a big-budget series. ## According to industry insiders, Netflix is orchestrating an interesting big-budget series and planning to rope in the "Magdheera" actor to play the lead. It is said that Ram Charan might accept the offer as it will mark his debut in the digital space. However, there are no official talks yet on the same. ## Even if Netflix brings Ram Charan on board, the project is unlikely to roll out anytime soon as Tollywood star already has multiple big-screen projects in the pipeline. However, the possibility of Ram Charan making an OTT debut can not be ruled out as many big stars in the country are foraying into the digital world. ## Ram Charan is currently shooting for director Shankar's next, tentatively titled "RC 15". The big-budget political thriller co-stars Kiara Advani as the female lead opposite the Telugu actor. Hyderabad, February 14 - The first single from the upcoming Telugu blockbuster "Sarkaru Vaari Paata" - Kalavathi, has received a record-breaking response on YouTube, becoming the most viewed South Indian lyrical song of all time in the first 24-hours. ## The melody song, sung by Sid Sriram and composed by Thaman S, was released on February 13 ahead of Valentine's Day and garnered 14.84 million views in the first 24-hours. It has become the most viewed South Indian lyrical song, beating "Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava" (12.39 million) in the recently released "Pushpa - The Rise". ## The "Kalavathi" song also becomes the most liked Tollywood lyrical video and 3rd most liked South Indian song of all time during the same period. Opening Day Collection of Indian Films Released On Valentine Weekend

Mumbai, 13th Feb 2022: The box office has restarted today with many releases at the ticket window. The flow of releases which stopped for a while after the Xmas period has seen new releases on the ongoing weekend. Though there was not a single major release except Ravi Teja's Khiladi, it is always a positive sign when many small films are running in the cinemas. ## Speaking about the box office collections on 11th February, Khiladi fronted by Ravi Teja has come out as a winner with a 7.85 Cr Gross opening day collection however, looking at the size of the film Khiladi is, the opening is decent only. ## The next best collections came from FIR with a 2.20 Cr Gross collection. Badhaai Do which was a mid-sized film from the Hindi film industry has collected a 1.95 Cr gross opening day collection. 'Pushpa - The Rise' Scores A Solid 8th Week At The Hindi Box Office

Mumbai, February 12 - There is no one stopping Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna-starrer "Pushpa - The Rise" at the Hindi box office. The action entertainer's dream Hindi box office run continued in its 8th week, earning Rs. 2.76 crores. ## Directed by Sukumar, the "Pushpa - The Rise" Hindi collection after the 8th week has climbed to Rs. 104.02 crores. It is currently the 88th highest-grossing Hindi film at the Indian box office. Producer Naga Vamsi Spill The Beans On Jr. NTR's Film With Trivikram Srinivas

Hyderabad, February 11 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR announced in 2021 that he would be collaborating with Trivikram Srinivas again for a Pan-India movie. The duo had earlier joined hands for "Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava", which was released in October 2018 and was a box office hit. ## Haarika & Hassine Creations, which had produced "Aravinda Sametha", announced in January 2021 that the action-director duo will be reuniting for another film. However, there were some reports that all is not well between them and the movie was reportedly shelved. 'Pushpa - The Rise' Worldwide Box Office Overtakes 'Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior', According To Producers

Hyderabad, February 5 - The biggest Indian hit of 2021, the Telugu movie "Pushpa - The Rise", starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, has successfully completed 50 days at the box office on February 4. Released on December 17, last year, "Pushpa" has brought the smile back to the exhibition sector and the cinema-loving audiences. ## Directed by Sukumar, "Pushpa - The Rise" was released in multiple languages, marking the first Pan-India film for the Icon Star. By surprising one and all, it registered a gigantic success in Hindi by crossing Rs. 100 crores net collection, a rarity in current circumstances for a dubbed version.## Meanwhile, the makers of "Pushpa" celebrate the movie's successful 50 days at the box office with an official social media post. With this, the makers also revealed that the actioner has grossed over Rs. 365 crores worldwide, which is the biggest for an Indian film during the entire covid-19 pandemic. ## Going by the producers' box office figures of "Pushpa", it has now at least Rs. 4 crores more than Ajay Devgn-fronted "Tanhaji - The Unsung Warrior", which had grossed Rs. 361 crores worldwide in January 2020. ## "Pushpa - The Rise" is also the biggest since Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff-fronted "War" in October 2019. "War" was released just before the pandemic first emerged in China in late 2019, even though India first registered a covid case in January 2020. 'Bheemla Nayak' Producer Says Movie's Release Date Depends On AP CM Jagan Reddy

Hyderabad, February 4 - Tollywood superstar Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati-starrer "Bheemla Nayak" is ready for the theatrical release. After the recently implemented restrictions on theaters due to the 3rd covid-19 wave, the makers of "Bheemla Nayak" have blocked two dates - 25 February and 1 April. ## While the makers are ready to release the film on the first date, it also depends on the current circumstances. Producer Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, when asked about when will "Bheemla Nayak" be released, said that it all depends on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Reddy. ## Speaking at the "DJ Tillu" theatrical trailer launch, the producer confirmed that as soon as the restrictions are lifted, the movie will be released. "You must ask Jagan Garu about this. Whenever the AP government removes 50 percent occupancy in the state, movies will start releasing", said the producer. ## For the last few months, the Tollywood film industry and the state government have been at loggerheads on a number of issues, from ticket pricing to Covid protocols, and Naga Vamsi's comments are being seen in the state in the backdrop of the simmering tension.## Pawan Kalyan's last film "Vakeel Saab", which was released in April 2021, was also got affected by the low ticket prices. Alia Bhatt Confirms Doing Jr. NTR's Next With Director Koratala Siva

Mumbai, February 3 - Alia Bhatt is all set to headline her first Telugu movie as the leading lady opposite Telugu superstar Jr. NTR. ## During the trailer launch event of her upcoming biographical drama "Gangubali Kathiawadi" in Mumbai on February 3, the "RRR" actress has reportedly confirmed that she is doing "NTR 30", which will be directed by Koratala Siva.## "NTR 30" was announced a long time ago, and finally, it is all set to go on floors in March this year. Jr. NTR To Launch Two Films Before Starting Director Prashanth Neel's Next?

Hyderabad, February 2 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR has devoted more than 3 years of his career to director SS Rajamouli's magnum opus "RRR", which is scheduled to release in theaters worldwide on March 25. He was last seen in "Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava" (2018), which was directed by Trivikram Srinivas. ## After the release of his last film, NTR has been working on "RRR" since then, and in between, he announced two more films each with Koratala Siva and Prashanth Neel. He was supposed to begin Siva's film last year, but due to the delay in "RRR", the movie couldn't get on floors as planned originally. ## The movie with director Koratala Siva is now set to be launched this month. Tentatively titled "NTR 30", the movie will feature Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt as the female lead opposite NTR for the first time. SSMB28: Mahesh Babu's Next With Trivikram Srinivas To Begin In April 2022

Hyderabad, February 2 - Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu is teaming up with the master storyteller Trivikram Srinivas for a new film, tentatively titled #SSMB28. ## The duo of Mahesh Babu and Trivikram is coming together after nearly 12 years for their 3rd collaboration. Earlier, they collaborated for Athadu (2005), and Khaleja (2010), which were big hits. "SSMB 28" was announced in May last year and finally, it is set to take flight. ## On Thursday (Feb. 3), the film has been launched in style with a pooja ceremony at Rama Naidu Studios in Hyderabad in the presence of director Trivikram, Mahesh Babu's wife Namrata Shirodkar, and the leading actress of the film, Pooja Hegde. The superstar himself didn't attend the ceremony. ## The clapboard has been sounded by Namrata Shirodkar for the first shot on Pooja Hegde. "SSMB 28" marks Pooja Hegde's second collaboration with Mahesh Babu after their National Award-winning film "Maharshi" (2019). The new movie is to be produced by S Radhakrishna under the production house Haarika & Hassine Creations. ## Several noted actors and popular technicians will be associated with this project for which the announcement will be made in due course. The regular shoot will begin in April this year. Thaman S will score the music for the film.## Meanwhile, Mahesh Babu will next be seen in "Sarkaru Vaari Paata", which is slated for May 13th release this year. The movie, directed by Parasuram and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, and GMB Entertainment, is currently on floors for the last leg of the shoot.
