After helping thousands of migrant workers to reach their homes, actor Sonu Sood is now set to launch the "Pravasi Rojgar app", which will help migrant workers to find employment opportunities in various sectors across the country. ## The "Overseas Employment App" will be launched on July 23, Thursday with job opportunities from over 500 reputed companies related to construction, apparel, healthcare, engineering, BPOs, security, automobile, e-commerce, and logistics available on the platform. While several other movies going for directly to the OTT route, Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan starrer is one of the movies that has been held back for a theatrical release. ## David Dhawan directorial is already in the hot list of the film's trade as the exhibitors anticipate it to generate the big cash once the movie releases upon the re-opening of cinemas. Every film would get equal opportunities in theatres. But now, there are four or five people who dictate the whole business. Recently in an interview, filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar confirmed that he is planning to make a superhero film series that will begin with Katrina Kaif's film. Now, the movie with Katrina Kaif said to be a two-part film that will directly premiere on Netflix as a Netflix Original Film to which the streaming platform has sanctioned Rs 80 to 85 crore to the director for the first part of the movie. ## A leading portal revealed that Ali Abbas Zafar was keen to make the film for the big screen but lack of funds forced him to go for the OTT platform.## "It's a massive film mounted on a never seen before scale for a female protagonist. The nepotism debate in the Bollywood industry is at an all-time high after the unfortunate demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. Many people from Bollywood and outside raised fingers on the groupism and favoritism in the Bollywood. However, there are people who have come out in support of the star kids. ## In a recent interview, Padman director R Balki was asked to put his thoughts on nepotism and seemed quite clear that nepotism isn't bad despite stating the fact that it has its pros and cons. Director R Balki puts his thoughts on nepotism in Bollywood

The Sushant Singh Rajput death has sparked a raging debate on nepotism amongst Bollywood fans and some of the industry people. There are a lot of people who think that because of nepotism, outsiders do not get more chances to showcase their talent and skills. ## However, the Padman director, R Balki has a completely different perspective who thinks that nepotism is everywhere which nobody can change. He said that nepotism could have its pros and cons but at the same time, it has produced the actors like Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor who he thinks are the best. ## In a recent interview with a leading daily, the director shared his thoughts on nepotism and gave his insights. "It's undeniable that this happens everywhere. Think about the Mahindras, Ambanis, Bajajs… Their father passed on the businesses to them. Does anyone say 'No I don't think Mukesh Ambani shouldn't run this business, someone else should?' In every strata of the society, it happens, even a driver or a vegetable seller passes on businesses to their children. So, it's a foolish argument".## "Remember we live in a free society. The question is do they (star kids) have an unfair or bigger advantage? Yes, there are pros and cons. But I'd ask one simple question - Find me a better actor than Alia (Bhatt) or Ranbir (Kapoor), and we'll argue. It's unfair on these few people who're probably some of the finest actors", he further said.## "Understand that audiences don't like actors without talent. Sometimes, they also want to see star kids on screen. That's only the first chance that you get, and then one needs to survive on their own. Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty has urged the home minister of India, Amit Shah to handover the Sushant's death case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Director Ali Abbas Zafar is planning to make a film based on the 1984 anti-Sikh riots that occurred after the assassination of the Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and is in talks with Diljit Dosanjh who, Ali thinks, is the best option for the film. ## According to some reports, Ali Abbas Zafar was always wanted to make a film on the 1984 riots and was searching for the right script which he has found now. For the script work, he will reportedly be involved in it apart from producing the film. ## The reports have also suggested that Ali and his team think that Diljit Dosanjh will be the right actor for the film and for that, they are in continuous talk with him. However, the makers will take the final call in a few months but Diljit has reportedly agreed to do the movie which may begin after the situation become normal from COVID-19## Interestingly, Diljit Dosanjh has already worked in a Punjabi film based on the riots 'Punjab 1984' that was directed by Anurag Singh.
