Taapsee Pannu's Haseen Dillruba Remains The Most Watched Film Even After The Release Of Sooryavanshi On Netflix

Mumbai, Dec 31, 2021: Vinil Mathew brought an unconventional romantic thriller alive on screen with Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey starrer Haseen Dillruba. The whodunit drama brilliantly blended a progressive love story with Hindi pulp fiction. While stitching various genres together, the celebrated filmmaker created quite a stir with his project. ## Haseen Dillruba broke several records on the OTT platform when it was released. And now, the film has garnered another acclaim to its credit. According to the latest survey, Vinil Mathew's venture is the most-watched film on Netflix. Haseen Dillruba minted more than 24.63 Million views between July to December, followed by Akshay Kumar's Sooryavanshi which reportedly got 22.34 million (even after theatrical release), Kriti Sanon's Mimi with 21.81 million views, and Kartik Aaryan's Dhamaka with 11.37 million views. ## Haseen Dillruba is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language romantic mystery thriller film directed by Vinil Mathew and produced by Aanand L. Rai, Himanshu Sharma, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the banner Colour Yellow Productions, T-Series and Eros International. The film stars Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. ## The film premiered on 2 July 2021 on Netflix. The film draws inspiration from Roald Dahl's infamous short story, Lamb to the Slaughter. Upon release, Haseen Dilruba received mixed reviews from the film critics. ## Stay tuned.

Netflix To Go With Rs. 149 Per Month Now In India

Mumbai, Dec 14, 2021: Netflix's India plans are changing — with the prices dropping significantly. Starting today, you will see savings from about 18 to 60 percent, depending on the Netflix plan you subscribe to. ## The Netflix “Mobile” plan, previously at Rs. 199 per month, has dropped 25 percent to Rs. 149 per month. The biggest savings are in store for the “Basic” Netflix plan — previously available at Rs. 499 per month, it will now cost just Rs. 199 per month in India. Going up the ladder, the “Standard” Netflix plan has been cut down from Rs. 649 per month to Rs. 499 per month. That's a 23 percent saving. That leaves the Netflix “Premium” plan, which goes from Rs. 799 per month to Rs. 649 per month. The four Netflix plans available in India have each dropped prices to the one below them, with “Mobile” occupying a new slot at Rs. 149. ## If you already have a Netflix subscription, you will be seamlessly upgraded to the higher plan starting today. The next time you log in, members will get a notification on their devices that asks them to Confirm Upgrade or choose a different plan if they so desire. For those on the top Netflix “Premium” plan, the change in pricing will come into effect from the next billing cycle.
