IYO SKY ## LeRae returned to Raw looking for payback against Dakota Kai after Damage CTRL attacked her several weeks ago. In the final moments, The Poison Pixie hit a devastating neckbreaker off the ropes to score the victory over her gutsy Damage CTRL adversary. ## So, coming up this week on Raw, there are chances that we will see LeRae facing IYO SKY. ## Singles Match: Johnny Gargano Vs. The Miz ## The hard-hitting storyline has been trending to the top between Gargano and Miz. Last week on Raw, Dexter Lumis finally locked horns and defeated The Miz in an Anything Goes Match to win a WWE Contract. ## After signing the document in the aftermath, Lumis tried to pass out Miz's bag of money to young fans in the crowd, but he was met with a post-match sneak attack from the defeated A-Lister. When Miz took the money and ran, however, Johnny Gargano emerged to lay him out and return the money to Lumis and the fans. Sami Zayn Reveals On How The Story With Roman Reigns Actually Began

Sami Zayn has emerged as one of the top names in WWE. His current run as the ‘Honorary Uce’ of The Bloodline faction has worked incredibly. ## Sami officially joined "The Bloodline On the September 23 edition of SmackDown, where Reigns declared Sami an official honorary uce and gave him a new shirt. At Survivor Series WarGames on November 26, Zayn along with the Bloodline, defeated the team of The Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland and Butch), Drew McIntyre and Kevin Owens in a WarGames match. ## Sami recently spoke with Peter Rosenberg and revealed on how the story with Roman Reigns actually began. ## “I won’t pull the curtain back too much, but the idea was kicked around about a year ago, a good six months before the seeds were even planted on screen. The first time I think there was any interaction between myself and the Bloodline was just after WrestleMania. In actuality, the idea was first discussed going into Survivor Series of last year. ## I was doing this whole thing on SmackDown where I was the longest-tenured member as the locker room leader. I thought it’d be something interesting with the locker room leader and Head of the Table. The premise being, the Head of the Table isn’t in the locker room anymore. I wasn’t originally envisioning being a full member of the Bloodline or anything like that, just something to where Roman and I can occasionally get on screen together in a light-hearted way, and I’m giving him these reports of what’s going on and what he needs to be careful for. Every once in a while, I get things kicked my way too. That was sort of the idea.” ## When asked if this was something he had pushed for. ## “It was talked about with Roman as well. We were sitting at catering one day, and I heard an interview that he did with Ariel Helwani where he was very kind towards me and saying nice things about me as an on-screen character and that he’d like to do something down the road with me one day. Update On Scarlett's Nixed WWE Match

An update has emerged on Scarlett's Nixed WWE match. ## Fightful Select recently reported that, a very random dark match was scheduled for after Smackdown. The internal listing featured Scarlett, Karrion Kross and Damian Priest taking on Matt Riddle, Braun Strowman and Liv Morgan. ## However, that didn't end up happening, as instead Legado Del Fantasma (including Zelina) instead teamed with Priest to face Madcap Moss, Riddle, Strowman and Morgan. ## Despite it being listed internally, Fightful reports that creative plans were set for Kross and Scarlett well before Friday, and Scarlett was never informed of a planned match. The believe is that it up to either an internal error, or a nixed pitch that was done well before Friday. ## Her being in a match would have been a surprise to her. Scarlett hasn't wrestled on television, dark matches or live events since she's been brought back to WWE, with an MLW booking this past summer as her most recent match. ## However, last year, she worked a dark match when WWE returned to live touring, after having never worked a main roster or NXT match outside of a squash match years prior. Update Regarding Roman Reigns & Kevin Owens Backstage Heat

Despite winning WWE's first main roster WarGames match, Roman Reigns wasn't too pleased upon returning backstage after the match. First reported by Fightful Select, Roman Reigns was visibly upset after the Survivor Series main event, specifically about a spot within the match. It was rumored that Reigns took exception to what he perceived as an unplanned spot between he and Kevin Owens. ## As he walked backstage, he mentioned possibly having a ruptured ear drum, and wanted the spot to go as originally planned. The exclamation was said to have been "expletive filled" and it was clear to everyone that Reigns wasn't happy. ## Earlier this week, Dave Meltzer confirmed the hard-hitting slap and that it had left noticeable bruising on the Tribal Chief. There was talk of a possible broken eardrum, although, this wasn't confirmed, came from a slap by Owens, Reigns was upset, but 20 minutes later it had all blown over so there is no lingering issue regarding it. ## Now, on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Metzer wrote the following: ## “Reigns was furious and backstage after went off on Owens, with swearing and such. According to numerous sources, Reigns was mad both because of the injury but also because it wasn’t a spot he had known about and felt it didn’t make sense to do it in the match. “Some said it happened, Reigns was obviously furious, but it largely blew over by 20 minutes later. Others said that wasn’t accurate in the sense it wasn’t completely blown over, that Reigns was upset, but it’s not like they are changing any plans in booking or he won’t work with Owens or there will be any punishment or anything like that.” ## “It fell into the category of s**t that happens but the idea was that after Zayn got over doing what was not supposed to be a long-term gimmick, that Reigns pretty much picked Owens and Zayn personally to work a long program with and the idea is he could have picked any two people on the roster to elevate and those were the ones he picked. ## “Zayn got that spot because of how well the crowd took to him in the short-term program and Owens made sense with their history and because he can talk and is a great performer. Eventually, Theory cashed in on Seth Rollins and the WWE United States Championship, but was unsuccessful during his cash-in. After losing the briefcase, Theory took a more serious turn and won the US Title at WWE Survivor Series. ## Speaking to City News, Theory discussed his character change. ## "The cocky, arrogant, douchy persona just really gets under people's skin and it did its purpose.
