Chicago, 22 November - Danhausen, who had been out of action since March due to injury, made his highly anticipated return to AEW Dynamite on November 22, 2023. ## The crowd gave him a huge ovation upon his return, which happened just before a six-man tag team match. New York, 22 November - The viewership numbers for this week's episode of NXT, which aired on Tuesday, have been revealed. ## The show had recently secured a TV deal with The CW Network, and many were curious to see if it could maintain its strong ratings. Unfortunately, it seems that the answer is "not quite."## According to reports from Wrestlenomics, this week's episode of NXT drew 622,000 total viewers, along with a 0.19 rating in the all-important 18-49 demographic. Boston, 22 November - 12 stars have been revealed who will compete in the Continental Classic tournament. ## The Continental Classic tournament is all set to be held in November – December 2023 and conclude at the Worlds End pay-per-view event on December 30. The winner will be crowned the inaugural AEW Continental Champion, as well as win the ROH World Championship of sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH) and the Strong Openweight Championship of partner promotion New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), subsequently becoming AEW Triple Crown Champion. ## During a streaming special on Wednesday, AEW President Tony Khan, Tony Schiavone, and ROH World & NJPW Strong Openweight Champion Eddie Kingston announced a straight list of 12 stars who would be competing in the inaugural Continental Classic tournament that kicks off tonight on Dynamite. ## The Continental Classic will be a round-robin tournament featuring 12 wrestlers divided into two blocks of six. Each wrestler will face each other in their block once, with the top two point-scorers from each block advancing to the semifinals. The semifinals will be single-elimination matches, with the winners advancing to the finals. He has managed to incorporate numerous storylines into the WarGames matches at Survivor Series, not just for the talent in the title picture but also for those outside it. ## Levesque has had a long and illustrious career in WWE spanning over 25 years. He has been a top performer for a significant portion of his career, but there were also times when he was struggling to get a spot on the card. ## In a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, Levesque talked about his creative philosophy. He stated that his goal is to create stories that evoke emotions and thoughts from the audience. ## “Writing this stuff is a feel,” said Levesque. “You can analyze stories and how they come together, but how does it make you feel? If you can make people feel those stories, they’re going to be invested in the product. That’s how we try to approach, find that ultimate emotional place for the talent and the characters and the stories they’re in.” ## Levesque's creative approach shows respect for the fan base. Having grown up watching pro wrestling, he understands the importance of giving back to fans. ## “We don’t take our fan base for granted,” said Levesque. “And the way our talent operates is different from other generations.
