More WWE Legends Confirmed For WWE Raw Is XXX, Updated List

On January 23, 2023, WWE will visit the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia for the 30th anniversary of one of the longest weekly-running wrestling shows of all time. ## Already confirmed for the show are, The Undertaker, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle, Jerry Lawler, Hulk Hogan, Road Dogg, X-Pac, Triple H, Theodore Long, and Ron Simmons. ## Now, during the January 20th episode of SmackDown, WWE confirmed a few more legends. In a graphic on Friday's SmackDown show, WWE announced that DDP, Ted DiBiase, Mike "Irwin R. Schyster" Rotunda, Alundra Blayze, The Godfather, and Jimmy Hart will appear on Monday's Raw is XXX 30th Anniversary show. ## Former stars Rikishi and Samu are also set for the show as part of the Bloodline acknowledgment ceremony. After months of sneak attacks, betrayals, brawls, and beatdowns, Roman Reigns, and Kevin Owens will finally put pen to paper for their title match at Royal Rumble. ## The fans expected to have some fireworks during the contract signing and they met with expectations. They did the contract signing just about 2 minutes long. Owens landed out of nowhere and ripped Roman Reigns with a Stunner and then ruined the party for the rest of The Bloodline members expect Sami Zayn who wasn't just there. ## Owens ended the segment with a massive Pop-Up Powerbomb to Roman Reigns through the table. Owens signed the contract and posed in the ring. Sami Zayn ran out, and they had a brief stare-down. Owens turned around and ran off through the crowd. ## Owens watched from the crowd as Sikoa, and The Usos checked on Reigns. The Rock Doesn't Feel Like He Has Time To Do A Main Event Match With Roman Reigns At WWE WrestleMania

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer stated that The Rock has indicated that he won't have time to get into the kind of shape, he feels he needs to have to do a main event match with Roman Reigns. ## “We were told that unless he changes his mind in the next few days, since a deadline for Mania plans is coming, that he’s indicated he won’t have time to get into the kind of shape, he feels he needs to be in to do a main event match with Roman Reigns but kept the door open for something in the future. Of course, it is a possibility that it’s something being kept a secret from everyone," Dave Meltzer noted this. ## Meltzer added, “I don’t know that he’s officially turned it down, but the only indication is that it was considered less likely than a few months ago.” ## It should be noted that WWE recently released some new merchandise for The Rock on WWE.com. On the December 30 episode of SmackDown, Cena wrestled for the first time in a year, teamed up with Kevin Owens to defeat The Bloodline's Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn. ## On Tuesday, Fightful Select reported that WWE is hoping that crossover star Logan Paul can appear at the WWE Royal Rumble show later this month. WWE was hoping to have him train for an upcoming match. ## Since his last WWE appearance, Logan Paul was involved in a crypto scam, which in no way has factored into WWE's decision to use him. Logan Paul last appeared at the WWE Crown Jewel PPV, in a standout match against Roman Reigns. Following the match, Paul said that he tore several ligaments and muscles in his knee. ## However, that was either a work, or just being conservative, as it was impossible to diagnose that so quick after the match. His brother Jake would later backtrack and say the injury was not as serious. Cena took to Instagram to share a photo of Logan with his brother Jake Paul.
