Sami Zayn ## As announced, Drew McIntyre Vs. Sami Zayn will be a rematch coming up next. Drew McIntyre and Sami Zayn both had a match on the April 8th edition of SmackDown, but Zayn again jumped out of the ring. He jumped over the barricade and ran off to end the match. ## IC Title Match: Ricochet(c) Vs. Jinder Mahal ## Plush, we are going to have an Intercontinental Title match with the champion Ricochet defending against the challenger Jinder Mahal. On the April 8th edition of SmackDown, we were in the back, Jinder Mahal and Shanky were speaking with Adam Pearce. ## Mahal demanded a match with Intercontinental Champion Ricochet. Pearce claimed it wasn't that easy to get a match. The match has now been added to next week's Friday on SmackDown. ## Predicted Match Card ## Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey will get into a physical action ## After falling short against SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania, Ronda Rousey challenged The Opportunity to an “I Quit” Match at WrestleMania Backlash. ## When Flair gave a resounding "no!" to the challenge, Rousey insisted the rematch will happen and that Charlotte will scream "no" when she turns the titleholder's arm backward. ## Lacey Evans To Continue Her Story ## After months of absence due to pregnancy, Evans made her return to WWE on SmackDown. Lacey Evans discussed how her difficult past transformed her into the woman she is today. At the end of the discussion, it was teased that Evans will continue her story. ## Singles Match: Happy Corbin Vs Madcap Moss ## After his undefeated streak ended at the hands of Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania, Happy Corbin blamed Madcap Moss for the loss on his latest episode of “Happy Talk.” Corbin suddenly attacked his supposed friend, and the two engaged in an all-out brawl. ## IC Title Match between Ricochet(c) and Jinder Mahal Gets A DQ. ## I want this match with no interference, but things often keep happening in WWE. Last week, former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal convinced WWE Official Adam Pearce to give him an opportunity at Ricochet's Intercontinental Title. ## Veer will be out there to probably to pull off some distractions. ## Shinsuke Nakamura Challenges Roman Reigns For The Title Match At WrestleMania Backlash ## After capturing the WWE Championship from Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, new Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns challenged SmackDown Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso to go to Raw and unify the Tag Team Titles. ## Then, when Shinsuke Nakamura interrupted The Bloodline to presumably take issue with what happened to Rick Boogs at WrestleMania, Reigns introduced him to The Island of Relevancy with a hug. He said he was going to move on from Lesnar because he was a progressive tribal chief, and closed the show saying that we would find out what is next for him on this Friday’s episode of SmackDown. ## His future will be revealed on the April 8 episode of WWE SmackDown when he tells his next step. At WrestleMania 38, he pinned Brock Lesnar to win the WWE Championship for a 4th time and also became the first superstar to hold both the WWE Championship and WWE Universal Championship simultaneously. ## Post-WrestleMania edition of "Happy Talk" ## After his undefeated streak was stopped in its tracks by Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania, Happy Corbin returns to SmackDown to join his cackling cohort Madcap Moss for a post-Show of Shows edition of "Happy Talk." ## Predicted Match Card ## Cody Rhodes Is Scheduled To Appear On The Show ## Cody Rhodes is slated to be at tomorrow's Smackdown taping, According to PWInsider.com. ## There is no word whether he will be appearing on the episode or working a dark match. Top 5 Huge AEW Stars Who Could Head To WWE

WWE would be interested to own a couple of Huge stars within AEW and I would like to lead with those 5 superstars who could possibly head to WWE once their contract expires. ## The wrestling-verse got a rude shock as news of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Executive Vice-President (EVP) Cody Rhodes and his wife Brandi Rhodes leaving the promotion surfaced on the internet. ## 1. Cody Rhodes: Cody Rhodes to WWE is almost a done deal, he has already signed a deal with WWE via multiple reports and would be making his appearance at WrestleMania 38. ## Rhodes is one of the four wrestlers who started at Khan’s company back in 2018. Apart from playing a crucial role in building AEW as a brand with their in-ring work, the Rhodes couple had executive roles with the company. ## 2. Jon Moxley: Jon Moxley is the second potential name from AEW to march to WWE. He became widely known for his tenure with WWE, where he performed under the ring name Dean Ambrose from 2011 to 2019. ## Ambrose built up strong stardom as a member of The Shield alongside Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. Ambrose won the WWE United States Championship, his first championship in WWE, in May 2013; his 351-day reign became the longest United States Championship reign since the championship came under WWE's ownership. ## After widespread success, The Shield split in June 2014. Ambrose went on to win the WWE Championship once, the WWE Intercontinental Championship three times and the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship twice (both times with Rollins), which made him WWE's 27th Triple Crown Champion and 16th Grand Slam Champion. He also won the Money in the Bank ladder match in 2016. ## Good left WWE after his contract expired in April 2019, subsequently reverting to his Jon Moxley character and debuting for AEW at their inaugural event, Double or Nothing. A report by Rajaah.com in late 2021 said Moxley's contract was expiring in 2022, after signing a three-year deal in 2019. However, it was also said that the Mocks had an opt-out clause in the contract they signed. Which allowed him to finish with All Elite Wrestling whenever he saw fit. ## Recently Paul Heyman also teased his possible signing with WWE ## 3. MJF: MJF (Maxwell Jacob Friedman) signed with All Elite Wrestling at the start of 2019 on a five-year deal. For many months, there have been rumors that he'll be joining WWE after his contract expires in 2024. ## 4. Chris Jericho: I would like to pick Chris Jericho to become another signing for WWE. He has been named by journalists and industry colleagues as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. ## At the end of 1999, he made his debut in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). In 2001, he became the first Undisputed WWF Champion, and thus the final holder of the WCW World Heavyweight Championship (then referred to as the World Championship), having won and unified the WWF and World titles by defeating Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock on the same night. Jericho headlined multiple pay-per-view (PPV) events during his time with the WWF/WWE, including WrestleMania X8 and the inaugural TLC and the Elimination Chamber matches and the shows itself. ## After his departure from WWE in 2018, Jericho signed with New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), where he became a one-time IWGP Intercontinental Champion, and becoming the first man to have held both the WWE and IWGP Intercontinental Championships. Jericho joined AEW in January 2019 and became the inaugural holder of the AEW World Championship in August of that year. ## 5. Sammy Guevara: Sammy Guevara is one of the top names in AEW, his signing with WWE would be a banger for the company. ## Guevara has been with AEW since 2019, featured as a founding member of Chris Jericho's stable, The Inner Circle (along with Santana and Ortiz, and Jake Hager).
