Owing to the covid-19 pandemic, many films have already pushed back and Warner Bros. is not in the mood to take risks too. ## "The Batman" release date in theaters, after a series of production delays, is being pushed from October 1, 2021, to March 4, 2022, Warner Bros. announced Monday evening, according to The Hollywood Reporter. ## The Studio isn't negotiating the 2021 release dates entirely. Instead, it will now open "Dune" on October 1. The analysts have already projected that domestic grosses would decline between 70% to 80% due to the pandemic, as stated by Variety. ## Moving back to movies pushed further, "Black Widow" starring Scarlett Johansson, was set to debut on 6 November this year, a date that started to look increasingly unlikely as movie theaters on the coasts remained closed.## Since the disappointing performance of Christopher Nolan's "Tenet" in the U.S. and the delay of "Wonder Woman 1984", Marvel was eyeing a new date to unveil the film on the big screen, and now, the superhero film will release on 7th of May in 2021. ## "Eternals" - a comic book adventure about a super-powered alien race was previously dated for 12 February 2021, will now debut on 5th of November 2021. Directed by Chloé Zhao, the movie stars Angelina Jolie, Richard Madden, Gemma Chan and Kumail Nanjiani.## Kenneth Branagh's "Death on the Nile" - will bow on 18 December 2020, vacating its original 23 October premiere.
