Mumbai, March 28 - Ajay Devgn-fronted sports biopic Maidaan has officially been postponed from May 12 release and will now be hitting theaters worldwide on June 23 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages. ## The Amit Sharma-directed flick has already been postponed multiple times due to the covid-19 pandemic and the delay in the post-production work. It was recently reported that there is still work pending on the VFX front, so the postponement was inevitable. ## Meanwhile, the teaser of "Maidaan" will be released on March 30 and it will be attached to the prints of Ajay Devgn-fronted and starrer "Bholaa" in theaters across the country. Mumbai, March 27 - Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor-fronted Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar is all set to cross the 200 crores gross mark at the global box office. ## The romantic comedy, directed by Luv Ranjan, is in its 3rd week and continues to put a stronghold on a decent collection. At the end of its third weekend, TJMM stands at approx. 193 crores worldwide, including approx. 153 crores at the domestic and approx. 40 crores overseas box office. ## Produced by Luv Films and T-Series, TJMM should be able to cross the 200 crores mark at the end of its third week or in 23 days. It will be Ranbir Kapoor's 5th film to cross 200 crores worldwide, after "Sanju" (588 cr.), "Brahmastra" (431 cr.), "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" (318 cr.), and "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" (240 cr.).## On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor will have her 3rd film in the 200 crores club after "Saaho" (451 cr.) and "Chhichhore" (211 cr.). The action thriller film stars Shane Nigam, Shine Tom Chacko, and Gayathrie Shankar in the leading roles. ## During a recent interview, Priyadarshan said that "Corona Papers" would be his last directorial big-budget Malayalam film. He revealed that his next two films are Bollywood projects and one is them is with superstar Akshay Kumar. ## In 2021, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan confirmed that they were reuniting for a comedy. The movie was supposed to start in 2022 but due to the covid-19 and other commitments, it couldn't go on floors. Theatrical Runtime of Ajay Devgn-Tabu's 'Bholaa' Revealed

Mumbai, March 26 - Ajay Devgn-fronted and directorial action thriller film Bholaa is gearing up for its release and the curiosity among the fans is building up as the release is getting closer. The Hindi adaptation of the Tamil hit "Kaithi" features Tabu in a prominent role.## The censorship formalities of "Bholaa" were completed on March 20 and it has been certified with a "U/A" certificate by CBFC. The runtime of the film is crisp 2 hours and 25 minutes, which is approx. 2 minutes shorter than the original Tamil movie. ## The first half of "Bholaa" is 1 hour and 19 minutes long while the second half is 1 hour and 6 minutes long. It features some high-octane action sequences, including a 6-minute long bike-truck chase sequence which is said to be the biggest highlight of it. ## Produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, Dream Warrior Pictures, Reliance Entertainment, and T-Series Films, "Bholaa" is about a prisoner who is finally going home to meet his young daughter. Mumbai, March 26 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited action thriller Bholaa which arrives on March 30. Apart from playing the title role, Ajay has also directed and produced this entertainer which is the adaptation of the Tamil movie "Kaithi".## After the release of "Bholaa", the actor will directly head to director Neeraj Pandey's romantic thriller Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha and will resume filming in April. It has Tabu, who is also in "Bholaa", as the female lead along with Jimmy Shergill and Saiee Manjrekar in a prominent roles. ## Meanwhile, producer Shreyans Hirawat of NH Studioz has reportedly revealed that they are planning to release the film on Diwali 2023. He stated that the principal filming will be wrapped up by May as they gear up to release it this year. ## Though the makers haven't fixed a release date yet, AMKDT might clash with Salman Khan-fronted mega movie "Tiger 3" which is already slated for Diwali 2023 release. Ajay Devgn Talks About 'Bholaa' Cinematic Universe

Mumbai, March 25 - Actor-filmmaker Ajay Devgn's action thriller Bholaa is getting ready for its worldwide release on March 30. The much-awaited movie is the adaptation of the Tamil hit "Kaithi" which was directed by Lokesh Kangaraj and featured Karthi in the lead role. ## "Kaithi" was part of Kangaraj's cinematic universe which also includes Kamal Haasan's "Vikram". Now, with "Bholaa", Ajay Devgn is set to turn this into a franchise that will be completely different from Lokesh's version. ## During a recent interview with Variety, Devgn revealed that Bholaa ends on a note which will give the feel of the second part. He said that in the upcoming parts, new characters will be introduced and some of them might be revealed in "Bholaa" itself.## "Bholaa ends at a note where you will feel that there is going to be a part two, it would not be a similar part two like 'Vikram' or an adaptation. Because we will be bringing in different kinds of new characters. So yes, it will be a continuation, that's the approach to it", said Devgn.## Also starring Tabu, "Bholaa" is Devgn's 4th directorial and he promised never-before-seen action in this. "It's a big scale film, it's an action film, and the kind of visuals and action we have, we thought that we'd enhance the whole drama and action sequences and the tension. Directed by debutante Srikanth Odhela, "Dasara" is scheduled to release on March 30 in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. ## "Dasara", which also stars Keerthy Suresh as the female lead, is expected to take a bumper opening at the Telugu box office, however, it won't be that easy in Hindi as it will be clashing with Ajay Devgn's mass action entertainer Bholaa which is slated for same day release. ## "Bholaa" is easily one of the most-anticipated Bollywood films but Nani seems confident about "Dasara". Mumbai, March 23 - Director Anubhav Sinha's drama film Bheed seems to be going nowhere with its pre-sales and chances for its dull start at the box office looming large. ## Starring Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, "Bheed" is set during the events of the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown in India. It tells the story of how several characters in the film deal with the covid-19 lockdown and migrate to a place they feel safe. ## The movie did hit by controversy, however, despite the desperate attempt, it failed to generate any sort of buzz which was clearly visible in the advance booking which finished below 10 lac gross for the opening day. ## Given the fact that there was hardly any awareness among the moviegoers and dull response in the pre-booking, "Bheed" was always going to struggle at the box office and that's what happened with it with the opening of around 30 lacs. Sinha's last directorial, "Anek" (2022) too bombed at the box office and the prospects are not looking promising for his upcoming film either. ## The lack of curiosity for "Bheed" is set to benefit Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's "Tu Jhoothi Mein Makkaar" for another week before Ajay Devgn's "Bholaa" arrives on March 30. There is Keanu Reeves' "John Wick 4" this weekend but that will mainly acquire the premium screens.
