The movie is produced by Cape of Good Films, Fox Star Studios, Shabinaa Entertainment, and Tushar Entertainment House.## Along with Akshay and Kiara, the film also stars Sharad Kelkar, Tusshar Kapoor, Ashwini Kalsekar, Babu Antony, and others in the key roles. ## Apart from Laxmmi Bomb, the recently premiered Sadak 2, Dil Bechara, and Lootcase will also release in Australia in the theaters. Arbaaz Khan Files Defamation Case After His Name Being Dragged In Sushant's Death Case

Actor-producer, Arbaaz Khan has filed a defamation case against several social media users who alleged his involvement in the deaths of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his manager Disha Salian on Tuesday (September 29). ## Arbaaz filed the case in a civil court in the city, and the court has directed defendants Vibhor Anand and Sakshi Bhandari, and unknown defendants - namely John Doe / Ashok Kumar - to withdraw, recall, or takedown defamatory content published directly or indirectly by any of them.## The defamatory posts stated that the Arbaaz was taken into unofficial custody by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) as part of the investigation in Sushant's death case, which is not correct. After Sushant Singh Rajput's family lawyer Vikas Singh expressed his displeasure over the speed at which the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was carrying out its investigation, the CBI has lent clarification on the same and issued a statement regarding the high profile death case.## As per the statement, the CBI hasn't ruled out any of the possibilities as of the date as all the aspects of this death case being looked at closely with the investigation is continuing. ## "The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is conducting a professional investigation related to the death of #SushantSinghRajput in which all aspects are being looked at and no aspect has been ruled out as of date. The investigation is continuing", said CBI officials as stated by ANI. ## Earlier, Sushant's friend, Ankit also expressed his disappointment on Sushant's viscera report getting delayed. While Shraddha Kapoor has been investigated by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Saturday in a drug case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput's death, her father, Shakti Kapoor has been cast as a narcotics officer in a film based on the life of Sushant. ## Kapoor senior essays a narcotics officer in the film "Nyaay: The Justice", which is incidentally backed by Sarla A. Saraogi, whose husband Ashok M. Saraogi represents Sushant's ex-manager Shruti Modi in the ongoing investigations. ## Informing about the same, the film's lead actor Zuber K. Khan told IANS, "Aman Verma is playing an ED officer, Shakti Kapoor sir is playing narcotics officer and Sudha Chandran Ji is playing a CBI officer in the film".## Zuber plays a character called Mahendra Singh, or Mahi, inspired by Sushant Singh Rajput, while Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty's character is being played by actress Shreya Shukla as Urvashi in the movie. ## Ex-Bigg Boss contestant Somi Khan will play Sushant's ex-manager Disha Salian, who passed away on June 8, six days before the actor's death on June 14.## The shooting has been started with more characters are being included. Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's family feels that the drug investigation in Bollywood linked to Sushant's case is overshadowing and hindering the investigation behind the real truth in the death case of Sushant. ## Representing, Sushant's family, senior advocate Vikas Singh claims that the late actor's family is also not happy with the CBI probe that hasn't issued a single statement regarding the actor's death and accused that the NCB probe is being done to divert from the main issue. ## "Why call the whole of Bollywood? There are no seizures from these people who have been called today or tomorrow. In an NDPS case, everything depends on the quantity, the family feels it is being done to divert from the main issue (death case of Sushant)", said Vikas Singh while holding a press conference on Friday (September 25).## The senior advocate further stated that media attention is being diverted from the case by calling the big stars. "CBI has not issued a single press statement regarding the probe and the direction in which the investigation is going is a little worrying for the family", Singh added.## He also alleged that over a week has passed since the CBI team probing the case landed in Delhi but they haven't met the team of doctors at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) despite claiming that one of the doctors from the AIIMS team suggested it's a murder case.## "Today we are completely helpless on the case as no one from the CBI is doing any press briefing. It is the lack of interest and the speed with which the case is going that is worrisome. One of the doctors in the team of AIIMS suggests it is 200% death by strangulation and not a suicide. This is after photos clicked by Sushant’s sister Mitu were shared with him", he said.## "If there is a case of murder then obviously the speed, tenor of the investigation will be different. No Request From Ranveer Singh To Attend Questioning Along With Deepika Padukone: NCB

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Friday said that it has not got any request from Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone's husband Ranveer Singh to join the probe along with his wife on Saturday in a drug-related case.## An NCB official, requesting anonymity said that it has not received any request from Singh. He said, "We confirm that we have not received any such request from any summoned person. The last email received from the concerned summoned person is only regarding joining the investigation".## Deepika was summoned on Wednesday by the NCB to appear before the drug law enforcement agency in a drugs-related case after her alleged chats with her former manager Karishma Prakash came to light. Deepika was earlier asked to join the probe on Friday, however, on her request the agency asked her to depose before it on Saturday.## Today, NCB probed Rakul Preet Singh who was one of the four actresses who were summoned by NCB on Wednesday.
