Adipurush Teaser/Trailer Creates All-Time Viewership Record For An Indian Movie In The First 24-Hours In Single Language

Mumbai, October 3 - Prabhas-fronted Adipurush has been one of the main topics of discussion ever since the teaser of the film has released. Om Raut's directorial is one of the most-awaited films and its teaser was launched on October 2 in Ayodhya, Utter Pradesh.

The teaser of the film met with mixed reactions from the fans and the same has been trending on social media. Based on the epic Ramayana, the "Adipurush" teaser's extreme discussion has helped it in a big way as it has become the most viewed Indian movie teaser or trailer of all time in the first 24 hours in a single language.



The Hindi teaser of "Adipurush" has scored 69 million views in the first 24 hours and has surpassed KGF: Chapter 2's Hindi trailer, which grabbed 49.02 million views. The "Adipurush" teaser has also crossed 1 million likes (1.10 million), which is again the highest ever in the said time.

Overall, the "Adipurush" teaser has hit 95.50 million views for all languages in the first 24 hours, and this is the second highest viewed multilingual movie teaser after "KGF 2", which got 106+ million views during the said time.



Produced by T-Series and Retrophiles, "Adipurush" also stars Kriti Sanon as Sita, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, and Sunny Singh as Laxman, among others in key roles. The movie is scheduled to release on January 12, 2023, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. It will also be released in IMAX and 3D.
