Mumbai, December 23 - The clash between two cinematic titans, Shah Rukh Khan's "Dunki" and Prabhas' "Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire" has promised to be the year's highlight. The much-anticipated releases hit theatres on December 21 (Dunki) and 22 (Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire), respectively.

Shah Rukh Khan's return to the silver screen in the comedy-drama "Dunki" has left a pretty good mark on the first-day box office collections. Across all languages, "Dunki" earned 29.20 Cr India net on its opening day. The film, which explores the theme of illegal immigration, received a warm welcome from audiences, with SRK's charm and Rajkumar Hirani's directorial finesse adding to the film's allure.



Prabhas, the pan-Indian superstar, unleashed his power-packed action drama "Salaar: Ceasefire - Part 1" on the first day, and the box office responded with resounding enthusiasm. The film, directed by Prashanth Neel, collected 90.70 Cr India net on its opening day for all languages, marking a colossal triumph.
