Irish Wrestler Becky Lynch Visits White House For St. Patrick's Day
WWE Superstar Becky Lynch joined other prominent Irish figures for a St. Patrick's Day celebration at the White House. The former Raw Women's Champion took to social media to express her honor at representing both Ireland and WWE.
Lynch shared a photo with President Biden and jokingly mentioned he predicted her victory ("winning it all") at WrestleMania 40 against Women's Champion Rhea Ripley. She playfully referred to herself as "Becky Balboa," a nod to her wrestling persona.
In another lighthearted touch, Lynch posted a picture of her autobiography placed in the White House library, thanking them for letting her "class it up" with her book.
Currently scheduled for a different challenge, Lynch will face Nia Jax in a Last Woman Standing Match on the upcoming episode of WWE Raw (February 18th).
