Mumbai, December 11 - Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted Kalki 2898 AD is the most popular Indian movie of 2024, according to IMDb which released the top 10 Indian films of the year released before November 25. The movies released in December are not included in the list. ## Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki is one of the biggest Indian blockbusters of the year and will finish the year as the second highest-grossing Indian title at the worldwide box office behind Pushpa 2 - The Rule. It grossed over 1000 crores globally, including over 750 crores gross in India. ## Another monstrous blockbuster and highest-grossing film in Hindi, Stree 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, is the second most popular Indian film of the year. It is the highest-grossing Bollywood movie of the year with over 850 crores gross worldwide, including over 700 crores gross in India. ## Vijay Sehtupathi's critically claimed and one of the biggest Tamil blockbusters of the year, Maharaja takes the 3rd spot in the list. Mumbai, December 1 - After a dull couple of months post-Stree 2's mega success in August, the festival of Diwali brought good luck for the Bollywood film industry in November, thanks to the two of the most-waited films - Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again. ## Rohit Shetty's directorial cop action drama Singham 3, starring Ajay Devgn, was the bigger film. However, it was Kartik Aaryan's horror comedy that rocked the show and won the clash with a superb collection in India and worldwide. SA though wasn't too far and did reasonably well at the box office.## Even after 4 weeks of release, both films doing well on a day-wise basis at the domestic box office, and thanks to that, their combined net collection has topped 500 crores making it the biggest Diwali ever at the Indian box office. ## Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has emerged as a super hit and through the 5th Saturday (30th day), it has minted approximately 255+ crores net collection. On the other hand, Singham Again is an average-to-hit venture with around 245 crores net collection in the same number of days. ## As reported earlier, BB3 is the biggest grosser for Kartik Aaryan as well as for director Anees Bazmee and the rest of the main cast. Mumbai, November 14 - The Diwali weekend Bollywood releases, Singham Again and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 are battling it out to finish on top as they completed two weeks at the box office where the latter might edge past the Rohit Shetty's directorial.## After scoring over 300 crores net collection (331 crores) in the first week, both the films witnessed a collective drop of around 65% in the second one for a combined approximately 106 crores net. BB3, which legged behind by approximately 15 crores net to Singham Again after the 1st week, has reduced that gap to just 4 after the following week. ## The Kartik Aaryan-fronted horror-comedy has minted approximately 58 crores net in the second week, pushing the total collection to around 217 crores after 14 days. On the other hand, the Ajay Devgn-starrer cop action drama witnessed a bigger drop for an estimated 48 crores net second week, for around 221 crores total collection. ## Both films have collectively earned approximately 437 crores net (524 crores gross) collection in 2 weeks (14 days) and the final total is headed to finish around 500+ crores net, in which BB3 is likely to finish ahead of its fellow movie at the end of their runs. ## Meanwhile, at the worldwide box office, both Singham Again and BB3 have grossed approximately 675 crores in 2 weeks with almost equal share of contribution. ## Stay tuned...

Mumbai, November 12 - Ajay Devgn-fronted Singham Again became the third Bollywood movie of 2024 to surpass 200 crores net collection on its second Sunday (10th day) after Fighter and Stree 2, and third Hindi film after Kalki 2898 AD. ## The Rohit Shetty's directorial venture minted approximately 207 crores net until the second Sunday which made it the 36th Bollywood movie and 40th film ever in Hindi to breach the 200 crores net mark. The last movie to score this milestone was the mega-blockbuster Stree 2 in August this year. ## Singham 3 is the fourth film of Ajay Devgn after Tanhaji, Drishyam 2, and Golmaal Again, and 4th including RRR (extended role) to enter 200 crores net box office club. Mumbai, November 11 - Kartik Aaryan's horror-comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has crossed 200 crores net collection after a decent hold on its second Monday. It has become the first movie of the actor to breach the milestone. ## According to the early estimates, the Anees Bazmee's directorial movie scored an estimated 5-5.50 crores net collection on its second Monday (11th day), dropping around 70% from the first Monday. This pushes the total cume to around 204 crores net which is fantastic. ## The second full week of BB3 is probably heading for around 55+ crores net which will take its total collection to around 213+ crores net before Suriya's Kanguva arrives on November 14 which is expected to get a good number of screens. It needs to be seen how much it will affect the holdover. ## Ajay Devgn's cop action drama Singham Again surpassed the 200 crores net mark on its second Sunday and held decently on Monday for an estimated 4-4.50+ crores net, dropping around 75% from the first Monday. This takes the total collection to around 211 crores net in 11 days. ## Singham 3 is expected to score 46-47 crores net second weekend, and it will be interesting to see how to perform there once the completion increases.
