Suddenly, Poirier lands a monstrous uppercut that sends BSD to the canvas. In a bold move, Poirier strikes BSD with a body shot followed by a left hook, knocking BSD down. Though BSD quickly gets up and charges forward, Poirier lands a devastating right hook, ending the fight abruptly. BSD's exposed chin costs him dearly.
