Akshay Kumar's Bachchhan Paandey Opening Day Prediction

Mumbai, March 17, 2022: The big Holi release Bachchhan Paandey starring Akshay Kumar will be released in the theatres tomorrow. Bachchan Pandey is a big film in terms of production, Star cast, and release and that's why it becomes important to take a big start from the first day.

A few weeks ago, before the release of The Kashmir Files, Everyone in the trade circle was predicting that Bachchan Pandey is going to cross 20cr on the first day. But due to the unprecedented response to The Kashmir Files resulting in maintaining a high number of shows and screens in the second weekend, The 20cr Opening looks tough for Bachchan Pandey.


Bachchhan Paandey will be looking for a 13-15cr India net Opening day collection. Many hit films of Akshay Kumar in the last decade took similar opening day collections, In the range of 13-15cr, and went on to collect 120-130cr at the box office. The advance of the film is not big enough though there is still a day to go which is the best day for the advance. Box office remains dull in the first two shows for a Holi release so even the mass pull of Akshay Kumar won't work for this film.


The film will depend on the appreciation as the potential initial won't be there.
