Box Office: The Kashmir Files Blasts To A Humongous Second Saturday
Mumbai, March 19 - History is being created at the Indian box office!
"The Kashmir Files" has been on a wild run and looking very big at the box office. The Rs. 200 crores mark seems a cakewalk and it might push to Rs. 300 crores.
On the second Saturday (March 19), the Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri-directed scored the biggest day so far and also go past Rs. 20 crores for the first time for an estimated Rs. 24.50 crores.
The second Saturday estimates take total domestic cume to Rs. 140.95 crores in just 9 days. The second weekend is on track for Rs. 70 crores (+/-). It is still not a full-fledged release as shows are being shared with "Bachchhan Paadney".
The biz of TKF is an eye-opener, a case study as no one had batted on it to even stand in front of biggies like "Radhe Shyam", and "Bachchan Pandey". However, the film not only holds ground strongly but also becomes a big threat to the upcoming release.
The trade is now started batting big on the film which has become a rage that is not going to stop anytime soon.
