Box Office: The Kashmir Files Second Monday Early Estimates

Mumbai, March 21 - Vivek Ranjan Agnihotir's "The Kashmir Files" witnesses a major drop for the first time on the second Monday, however, the collection remains solid.

TKF, which had dropped only twice in the first 10 days that too just 0.33% (1st Monday), and 5.25% (1st Thursday), falls approx. 54% on the second Monday for an estimated 12 crores. It is a usual drop for any movie on a non-Holiday day.

It will cross the 200 crores net mark this week, mostly by the second Wednesday, and will become the first Bollywood movie since "Tanhaji" (2021) to achieve the feat. The total net collection currently stands at 179.45 crores after 11 days, including the 2nd Monday.

The second Monday collection will still be leading TKF in the top 5 biggest Hindi films of all time. There are only three films in the past that have scored over 12 crores on the 2nd Monday - "Tiger Zinda Hai" (18.04 cr.), "Baahubali 2 The Conclusion" (16.75 cr.), and "Dangal" (13.45 cr.). If TKF's collection comes as estimated, it will become the 4th biggest Hindi movie of all time on the 2nd Monday.
