'KGF: Chapter 2' First Day Advance Booking Crosses 'RRR' In Hindi

Mumbai, April 9 - Yash-fronted "KGF: Chapter 2", which releases on April 14, is having a wonderful advance booking in Hindi. To understand the phenomena, the "KGF2" advance has already crossed "RRR" in Hindi for the opening day.

The pre-sales of "KGF2" tickets went on sale on Thursday morning and within no time, it crossed "RRR" in Hindi at multiplexes. "RRR" advance booking collection for the first day in Hindi was approx. 7 crores and "KGF2" has already grossed 7.60 crores with 5 days still to go for the release.

The Prashanth Neel-directed is by far seeing the best trend in advances in the post-pandemic time. The last time such advance booking trend was seen with "War" in 2019. "KGF 2" is keeping up with the "War" trend even though it may not cross it.

"KGF 2" will collect over 20 crores from multiplexes before release, and it is very much on to take the biggest opening in Hindi since "War". For a dubbed Hindi movie, "Baahubali 2" holds the record for the biggest opening with 41 crores. "KGF 2" will surely reach close this figure and might even cross it.

This film is directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kirugandur and Karthik Gowda under the banner of Hombale Films. KGF Chapter 2 stars Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Srinidhi Shetty, and Prakash Raj in key roles.
