Mumbai, August 30 - Sidharth Malhotra is reportedly gearing up to return to the romantic genre after doing action films over the last few years. The actor is said to be teaming up with producer Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films for the same. ## According to the report by Mid-Day, the Student of The Year star has been in talks with Vijan for a romance drama film. It is said that the actor has loved the script and is excited to team up with Maddock Films which is known for bringing modern romances to the screen. ## The film in question, not titled yet, will reportedly be directed by Dasvi fame Tushar Jalota. The upcoming project is said to be a love story with a unique and refreshing approach. No other details have been revealed yet. ## Sidharth Malhotra, meanwhile, will next be seen in director Balwinder Singh Janjua's action drama film which is reportedly titled Mitti. Mumbai, August 12 - Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar made his directorial comeback with Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt-fronted Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in 2023. The movie was a box office success with over 350 crores worldwide, thanks to the equal contribution from overseas markets.## After the release of RRKPK, Karan Johar announced that his next directorial film wouldn't take much time and would be an action thriller film that he is currently scripting. There has been a curiosity among the fans about who would headline the movie and there is finally an update on the same.## According to the report by Bollywood Hungama, Sidharth Malhotra is in advanced talks with Johar to come on board to lead the movie. The report states that "When Karan Johar was developing the script, the name of Sid naturally crossed his mind. He narrated the film to Sid, and the actor has shown interest in mentors' action film".## Karan Johar is developing a quintessential hero vs villain film and will treat it as a two-hero face-off film. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the actor has had 4 releases with the only success coming in the form of Shershaah which was a direct digital release in 2021.## Sidharth Malhotra's last film was the action thriller Yodha which was released in March this year. After this, the actor's couple of films were dropped due to unknown reasons and now, according to the latest reports, his next film is with director Balwinder Singh Janjua. ## According to the report by Bollywood Hungama, Malhotra's next film is an action drama for which the shoot is happening in Uttarakhand. Chandigarh, July 26, 2021: As the cinemas are reopening in the country, many filmmakers are gearing up for the release of their films. In this process, the makers of the long-awaited Punjabi film, Puaada, have announced a new theatrical release date. ## Puaada, a romantic-comedy film starring Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa, will be releasing in cinemas on August 12, 2021. Directed by Rupinder Chahal, Puaada, will be the first major Punjabi release since the covid-19 pandemic broke out in the country at the beginning of the last year. ## The film follows the love story of a Punjabi village boy, running a dairy farm and is in a relationship with Raunak, an air force officer's daughter. A Biopic On Col Narinder 'Bull' Kumar's Life Story Announced

Producers Ramon Chibb and Anku Pande have announced a biopic on late Colonel Narinder 'Bull' Kumar, who carried out reconnaissance trips to Siachen before Operation Meghdoot of the Indian Army in 1984. Titled "Bull", the film will depict the life of the late hero who helped the Indian Army claim critical forward posts of the Siachen Glacier as part of the operation. ## Rights for a biopic have been acquired by producers Ramon Chibb and Anku Pande, although no official announcement has yet been made about the casting of the film, which is written by Balwinder Singh Janjua.## Chibb, an ex-army officer, is incidentally from the same regiment as Colonel Narinder Kumar and has spent hours with the late army man.## "We are elated as a team to be the ones to bring this extremely amazing story of heroism and true leadership to the screens soon.
