Box Office: RRR Is All Set For Biggest Opening Day in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

Hyderabad, March 19, 2022: Pan India director S. S. Rajmouli is coming with the first film RRR after Baahubali 2 release. RRR is massive on every scale as it stars two top actors from the Telugu industry, two top actors from Bollywood and its budget is also more than 400 Cr. ## With such a big film, expectations are always high and Rajamouli is known for delivering great movies and can meet every expectation of the audience. Pawan Kalyan's 'Bheemla Nayak' To Stream On Two OTT Platforms

Hyderabad, March 18 - Telugu action drama film, "Bheemla Nayak", starring superstar Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati in prominent roles, has had a good run at the box office so far. Hyderabad, March 17 - Ahead of the big and most-anticipated release of "RRR", the makers of the film have started the final leg of promotion in a bid to cover the uncovered grounds. Major Casting Update On Pawan Kalyan's 'Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh' With Director Harish Shankar

Hyderabad, March 16 - Mythri Movie Makers, in September 2020, had announced Pawan Kalyan's "PSPK 28" under the direction of Harish Shankar. The film, which marks Kalyan's second collaboration with Shankar after "Gabber Singh", was titled "Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh", a year later after the announcement. ## The movie was supposed to go on floors in 2021, but due to the covid-19 pandemic, and Kalyan's already announced films, director Harish's film got delayed. The movie is now readying to go on floors in June this year, for which, director Harish has started preparations. ## Meanwhile, there is a major development happened regarding the primary cast of the film. While Pawan Kalyan will reportedly be seen as a Telugu lecturer, the makers have roped in Pooja Hegde as the female lead, and she is said to be playing the role of an English lecturer. SS Rajamouli In Talks To Direct Allu Arjun After Mahesh Babu's Film!

Hyderabad, March 16 - Renowned filmmaker, SS Rajamouli has worked with some of the biggest Telugu stars in his nearly 2 decades-long career, and now, he is in talks to add one more Telugu superstar in his celebrated career. ## Rajamouli is currently busy promoting "RRR", which is scheduled to release on April 25th. Box Office: Radhe Shyam First Monday Early Estimates

Hyderabad, March 14 - Prabhas-fronted "Radhe Shyam" has had a very good weekend at the box office but it might find tough to get going from here on. While the reviews for the film are mixed, it is also in stiff competition with the Hindi movie "The Kashmir Files", at the box office. Vivek Agnihotri-directed has become a rage and is blowing away all other movies coming in its way. "Radhe Shyam", directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, has almost finished (surprisingly) at the Hindi box office in just 4 days. The Telugu version is still holding the fort but not enough to win the battle. The period romantic film, after netting Rs. 90 crores in the first weekend for all versions, witnessed a big drop on first Monday for an estimated Rs. 7 crores net (-68%). In Hindi, it scored approx. Box Office: Radhe Shyam Emerges As The Biggest Indian Opener Of 2022

Hyderabad, March 12 - Prabhas' love affair with the box office continues!## It was a box office bonanza at the Indian box office on Friday when superstar and darling of the fans, Prabhas' "Radhe Shyam" shot up to the biggest opening for an Indian film in 2022. With Rs. 50.30 crores gross on the first day, "Radhe Shyam" has also become the second biggest Indian movie during the covid-19 pandemic, behind only Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise", which grossed a mighty Rs. 52.80 crores in December 2021. ## The Radha Krishna Kumar-directed, as expected, performed significantly well in the Telugu version, grossing Rs. 44.35 crores, including Rs. 37.60 crores in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The AP/TG area-wise gross for the opening day was Rs. 25.68 crores, which is the 11th biggest of all time. It also emerged as the 3rd biggest opener in Nizam with Rs. 10.80 crores gross share.## Apart from Telugu, the second biggest market for "Radhe Shyam" was Hindi, in which it performed lower than expected. The Hindi version contributed approx. Rs. 5.50 crores gross on Friday while other versions grossed approx. 45 lakhs. On the brighter side, "Radhe Shyam", scored the 5th biggest opening day in Hindi for a South Indian movie. ## Overseas, the period romantic film spread love all over and minted approx. Rs. 15 crores on the first day, helping worldwide cume to reach a super Rs. 65.30 crores. "Radhe Shyam" has also become India's biggest worldwide opening in 2022, beating Pawan Kalyan's "Bheemla Nayak", which grossed Rs. 56 crores in February. ## The film, set in Europe of the 1970s, tells the story of Vikramaditya (Prabhas), a palmist who is conflicted between destiny and his love for Prerana (Pooja Hegde). Box Office: Prabhas' 'Radhe Shyam' Takes The Third Biggest Opening In Nizam

Hyderabad, March 11 - Superstar Prabhas' "Radhe Shyam" might be underwhelming in Hindi but the actor has proved his stardom once again in Telugu states with a blockbuster opening of the film. Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, "Radhe Shyam" has taken the all-time 3rd biggest start in Nizam, beating several biggies. It grossed Rs. 10.80 crores in Nizam on the first day, behind only "Bheemla Nayak" (Rs. 11.85 Crores), and "Pushpa: The Rise" (Rs. 11.45 Crores). "Radhe Shyam" has grossed over Rs. 50 crores for all languages on the first day. It was, however, expected to do better than this but the movie hasn't performed well in Hindi which has become a key factor for Prabhas' films. Mumbai, March 9 - SS Rajamouli's magnum opus, "RRR", which is poised to take a solid opening at the box office, is getting an extraordinary response in the advance booking in the USA. The Pan-India movie, starring Ram Charan, and Jr. NTR in the lead along with Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in important roles, has crossed the $1 million mark in the USA as per the trade sources. Prabhas Explained Why He Has Signed So Many Films

The period romantic film, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, was originally slated for 2021 release, but the covid-19 pandemic forced makers to change their plans like most other movies. ## Meanwhile, Prabhas made full use of the free time he got in the last two years, thanks to the pandemic. During the said period, the "Saaho" signed films after films that appeal to global audiences. He is one of the actors who like to finish one film before moving on to the next. But the pandemic made him work on multiple projects simultaneously to keep the fans entertaining once things turn normal. ## During a recent interview while promoting "Radhe Shyam", Prabhas explained the reason behind taking multiple films simultaneously.
