It will be the second time that Akshay and Samantha will come together. Hera Phera 3 To Be Announced Soon With The Original Trio of Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, and Paresh Rawal

Mumbai, June 23 - The iconic trio of Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, and Paresh Rawal will be returning in the next film of the Hera Pheri franchise, and the announcement for the same will be made soon. It has been more than 22 years since "Hera Pheri" first was released but the memories of the iconic caper are still fresh in the hearts of the fans. ## A sequel of the movie, titled "Phir Hera Pheri" was released in 2006 and it successfully carried the legacy of the original movie. Such has been the magic created by the first two films that the there has been a huge demand for "Hera Pheri 3". The movie even came close to beginning the production but due to various issues, it couldn't take place. ## And now, after 15 years since the release of the second part, "Hera Pheri 3" is back on track and if all goes well, it may start production next year. The story is in place, and we are working on certain modalities. It'll be made in the same way, retaining the innocence of the characters. We can't take past achievements for granted. He has played the cameo role in this biographical drama film, headlined by R. Madhavan. ## Written and directed by R. Madhavan, the movie is based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), who was falsely accused of espionage. Mumbai, June 20 - Filmmaker Farhan Akhtar has reportedly begun work on what could be the most anticipated Indian film, Don 3, led by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Recently, the producer and co-founder of Excel Entertainment Ritesh Sidhwani shared a picture of Farhan on social media, saying he was writing a script. ## As soon as Sidhwani shared the picture, it went viral as fans thought he has begun working on Don 3 script. While it was just a rumor at that time, the latest reports say that he has indeed started to work on the next chapter of Don. According to Pinkvilla, the script is still in the early stage and will take some time before it gets ready. ## "Don is a subject close to everyone at Excel. The team has been trying to crack and develop an idea for Don 3 for a while now. The team has finally scummed upon an idea that's exciting and will take the franchise to the next level. Farhan has started writing the script and will give narration to his Don aka SRK, once the screenplay is locked", reads the report. ## Javed Akhtar, who co-wrote the original "Don" (1978) starring Amitabh Bachchan, has reportedly discussed the idea of "Don 3" with Farhan. The rumors about "Don 3" has been making noise for the last decade, and this time, the people at Excel are determined to make the movie happen and are reportedly giving their 100%. ## Farhan Akhtar was supposed to direct "Jee Le Zara" starring Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif, and Alia Bhatt. However, the movie has now reportedly been pushed to the second half of 2023 due to the date issues of the actresses. With "Jee Le Zara" being pushed, it gives enough time to Farhan to think about "Don 3" and actually start working on it. ## Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan will be in the action on the big screen from next year after taking a long break. Box Office: Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 Beats RRR & The Kashmir Files To Score 2nd Biggest 5th Weekend In Hindi During Pandemic

Mumbai, June 20 - Kartik Aaryan-fronted Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is turning out to be one of the biggest post-pandemic Indian blockbusters at the box office. The horror-comedy flick is showing no sign of slowing out despite being in its 5th week. ## The Anees Bazmee-directed, also starring Kiara Advani and Tabu, scored an excellent Rs. 5.68 crores net in its 5th weekend, pushing total net collection to Rs. 181.82 crores. The weekend-to-weekend drop is just 29% which is phenomenal, post-pandemic where most of the Bollywood movies are not being able to survive for more than two weeks.## The excellent 5th-week collection of BB2 makes it the second biggest during the covid-19, behind only Yash-fronted monster blockbuster, KGF Chapter 2. Shaktimaan Movie To Be Made In A Budget of Rs. 300 Crores

Mumbai, June 18 - The iconic television show, "Shaktimaan" was a huge hit when it was first aired in 1997. Mukesh Khanna played the titular superhero character and his alter ego Pandit Gangadhar Vidhyadhar Mayadhar Omkarnath Shastri, a photographer for the newspaper Aaj Ki Aawaz.## The legendary superhero character, which made the childhood of 90s kids awesome, will now be returning to the big screen in the form of the "Shaktimaan" trilogy. Sony Pictures, which is behind the Marvel superhero films like "Spider-Man", and "Venom", hold the rights to the film. ## In a recent conversation with Amar Ujala, Mukesh Khanna shared a few details about the movie and also hint who could play the titular role. The actor, and producer said that it will be made on a huge budget of Rs. 300 crores and will have full desi vibes. ## "This project has come to me after many years. People used to tell me to make Shaktimaan 2. I didn't want to bring Shaktimaan back on TV", Khanna said. "After internal talks, I joined hands with the Sony people and later made the news public. People want to know what’s happening next. Now, what should I tell them? This is a big film of at least Rs 300 crore. Can't tell you much about it till everything is finalized". ## "This movie is being made by the makers of Spider-Man. But, Shaktimaan will be desi. I have prepared the story of the film in my own way. My only condition to them was that they wouldn't change the story", he added. ## Mukhesh Khanna hints that he might turn Shakitmaan again as he feels that the Indian audience will not accept anyone else in this iconic role. "People ask who will become Shaktimaan? This is also a very big question in itself, which I will not answer, but it is also certain that without Mukesh Khanna, there will be no Shaktimaan.
