Pushpa: The Rise Gets Good Weekend In Hindi Version

Mumbai, Dec 20, 2021: Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise has had an excellent first weekend total of 12cr which is phenomenal considering the collections have come without much of promotions and also in post-pandemic box office days. ## Pushpa: The Rise started with more than 3cr opening day number and held very well on the 2nd day. The single screens of north contributed the most to the business of Pushpa: The Rise. The 3rd day could have been higher but even a 5cr 3rd day is excellent for the type of price Pushpa has been sold to north distributors. ## Pushpa: The Rise first weekend numbers are also higher than KGF first weekend numbers in the Hindi release. In 2018 KGF starring Yash had scored around 9.20cr on its opening weekend and here the Allu Arjun starrer crossed that number by a good margin with 12cr first weekend collections. ## It would be a great result for Pushpa: The Rise if the film reaches 25 Cr lifetime total but that won't be easy as '83' will arrive this weekend in the form of an event film and Spiderman: No Way Home will also be there. Box Office: 'Pushap - The Rise' Crosses Rs. 150 Crores Worldwide Gross

Hyderabad, December 20 - Allu Arjun's action thriller, "Pushpa - The Rise" has totally justified the unprecedented hype as it crossed Rs. 150 crores mark at the worldwide box office in just 3 days. ## On Sunday (December 19), the Sukumar-directed grossed Rs. 40.20 crores at the Indian box office, adding to the 3-day opening weekend total of 129.40 crores. Overseas, the movie has grossed an estimated 20.60 crores so far, helping the global total of Rs 150 crores. ## The 3-day AP/TG share a total of "Pushpa - The Rise" also crossed Rs. 50 crores mark (Rs. 52.89 cr.), including Nizam leading the chart with Rs. 25.94 crores, followed by Ceded with Rs. 8.75 crores. SS Rajamouli Reveals Why He Cast Alia Bhatt As Sita In 'RRR'

Hyderabad, December 19 - SS Rajamouli is gearing up for the release of his next magnum opus, "RRR", due on January 7, 2022. The "Baahubali" filmmaker, who is known for casting his artistes wisely, brings a staller ensemble cast including Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt among others in prominent roles. ## Rajamouli revealed in an interview with IANS why he picked Alia Bhatt to play the role of Sita. The filmmaker said that he saw Alia's "Raazi", and he found her innocent yet very tough from the inside, which was one of the reasons he cast her in the upcoming Pan-India biggie "RRR". ## "I have two super forces in the film — fire, and water — Ram and Bheem, who are very strong and who are exclusive in nature. For me, the character of Sita is very soft, very fragile on the outside. But inside, she is so strong that she would be able to rein in these forces".## "I saw Raazi and I was impressed with her (Alia's) performance. I was impressed by how a simple woman could do things much beyond her capacity. So, when we figured out the characterization of Sita, everybody's choice was Alia. I knew Alia was interested in doing a role in my film but I did not know if she would be interested in playing a cameo. Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rule' To Resume Shoot In First Quarter Of 2022

Hyderabad, December 18 - Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" opened to a homogenous response at the box office. The Pan-India movie minted over Rs. 50 crores on the first day, thus making it the biggest opener of 2021 in India. Directed by Sukumar, the movie stars Allu Arjun in the title role alongside Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. ## "Pushpa - The Rise" is the first of the two cinematic parts planned by the makers. The first part shows Pushpa Raj's (Allu Arjun) rise to power as red sanders syndicate boss. The story is hinted to conclude in the second part, which has been titled "Pushpa: The Rule". Box Office: Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rise' Set For The Biggest Opening During Covid-19 Pandemic

Hyderabad, December 17 - Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's first Pan-India release, "Pushpa - The Rise" is all set to become the biggest box office grosser during the covid-19 pandemic in India. Released over 3000 screens, "Pushpa" netted an estimated Rs. 55 crore gross on the first day (Friday) for all languages. ## Directed by Sukumar, "Pushpa - The Rise" crossed Pawan Kalyan's Telugu hit "Vakeel Saab's" Rs. 46.50 crores. It also becomes the first Indian film to gross over Rs. 50 crores during the health crisis on the first day. Though the large share of 1st day's collection came through the Telugu version, the Hindi and Tamil versions contributed an estimated Rs. 5-7 crore gross. Pushpa: The Rise Hindi Theater Experience: Complete Entertainment

Dec 17, 2021: Being a south Industry fan (also a movie fan), always wanted to see good south movies in Cinema either dubbed Hindi version or English subtitle with the original version. From the first look of Pushpa: The Rise and with the announcement of the Hindi release, already decided to watch Pushpa in the theater. ## And today, the day came, first watched Spiderman: No way Home, enjoy that film too, and then came to second theaters with the only expectations that only 10-15 people will be there in the theater. But I was wrong, When we entered the cinema hall, at least 40-50 people were already there. The final count was 60-70. ## Now, Pushpa Shows started and we forgot that we were watching a dubbed version or original, Dubbing was good but the story of this film was very good and took into the world of Pushpa. ## Then, It was Allu Arjun's show all over, What a Swag, Fighting Scene, Comedy Elements, and most importantly, his body language was enough to entertain throughout the show. I totally loved his character. ## Rashmika Mandana's part was also good and the romance between Allu Arjun and her was taking the story to another level. It was lovely and very realistic in terms of romantic scenes. ## Other characters were also well-written and justified with the movie. ## In the cinema hall, At least, 20-30 times people whistled for Allu Arjun's Swag and on Fight Scenes. The cheering for him was almost constant throughout the show. ## Songs were good even in Hindi dubbing but only 2 songs were not good in Hindi dubbing. Allu Arjun To Hold A Hindi Press Meet In Mumbai On December 16 To Promote 'Pushpa - The Rise'

Mumbai, December 15 - Telugu superstar Allu Arjun is busy giving interviews and in promotional activities for his upcoming action thriller film, "Pushpa - The Rise". The makers had held a grand pre-release event of the film on December 12 in Hyderabad, in which noted Telugu filmmakers and actors had participated. ## Directed by Sukumar, "Pushpa" is one of the most anticipated films and it will be Allu Arjun's first film to release in multiple languages. The Icon Star has held a press meet for Telugu and Tamil media persons so far and he will now move to Mumbai on December 16 to have an interaction with Hindi media. ## Interestingly, SS Rajamouli has suggested to Allu Arjun that people in Mumbai are eagerly waiting for "Pushpa" and he should promote the film heavily there. Earlier, there were reports that the Telugu superstar will make his appearance in the Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 15 to promote the film, however, there is no confirmation on that yet. ## Allu Arjun revealed during Telugu media interaction that he was completely involved in the making of the film till last week with the team and that's why he didn't get the time to promote the film in Hindi. The yet-to-be-titled flick will be produced by DVV Danayya, who recently spoke at a series of press meets to promote 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram' along with SS Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan. ## Kudumula has only made two films ('Chalo' and 'Bheeshma'), both with non-superstars.
