Salman Khan's Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali To Release On The Occasion Of Diwali 2022?

Mumbai, July 28, 2021: Superstar Salman Khan is going to be super busy in 2022 with multiple films taking place next year. Salman is currently shooting for Tiger 3 and after completing the Yash Raj Films flick, he is expected to begin Sajid Nadiadwala's next, tentatively titled "Bhaijaan" in November this year. ## Salman will play the titular role in the film, that of an unmarried brother to three. Bhaijaan will be directed by Farhad Samji, who is currently directing Akshay Kumar starrer "Bachchan Pandey". Meanwhile, Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala have reportadly booked Diwali 2022 release for Bhaijaan. According to reports, Salman and Sajid recently met to discuss the shooting schedule and release date of Bhaijaan and they have unanimously decided on making an attempt to bring it during the Diwali 2022 weekend. If things go as per plan, it would be Salman's first Diwali release after Sooraj Barjatya's 2014 family drama, "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo".## Bhaijaan is said to undergo a title change. It was earlier titled "Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali". It's an ambitious film for the team and the audience will be surprised by the larger context of the subject that the makers are touching upon. Last month in June, the actor visited Kashmir and spent a day with the officials of the Border Security Force (BSF). Radhika Apte Joins Vikrant Massey In The Hindi Remake Of Malayalam Crime Thriller Film, Forensic

Mumbai, July 27, 2021: Last year in December, Mansi Bagla of Mimi Films acquired the Hindi remake rights of three South Indian films. One of the three films was the 2020 Malayalam crime thriller film, Forensic, starring Tovino Thomas, and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles. For the Hindi remake, Vikrant Massey was roped in to step into the shoes of Tovino Thomas. ## Now, the makers have cast Radhika Apte to star alongside Vikrant in the film. Radhika will reprise the role of Mamta Mohandas as Senior Superintendent of Police. The movie will be directed by Vishal Furia, known for directing tv series, The Missing Stone among others. ## "There is a particular way to navigate thriller movies and with Forensic, it hits all the right notes. I am looking forward to starting this project and work with a talented costar like Vikrant and our director Vishal who has such a clear and interesting vision for this film", Radhika said in a statement. ## The first look of the suspense crime thriller was revealed on Tuesday. 'Forensic' will also mark the reunion of Vikrant and Furia, who have previously worked together on the web show 'Criminal Justice'. Talking about the upcoming film, Vikrant shared, "I have always believed in the story being the frontrunner for a film and when director Vishal Furia narrated the script to me, I was intrigued as an actor and as a member of the audience". ## It will be produced by Deepak Mukut, Mansi Bagla, and Varun Bagla under their banners of Soham Rockstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Mini Films, and co-produced by Hunar Mukut. Kriti Sanon's 'Mimi' Released 4 Days Before Originally Scheduled After Illegally Leaked Online

Mumbai, July 26, 2021: Kriti Sanon's first film as the solo lead, Mimi, was all set to premiere worldwide on July 30 on Netflix and Jio Cinema. However, in a major blow to the streamer and makers, the film was reportedly illegally leaked 4 days before its original scheduled date. ## As per reports, the pirated version of Jio Studios and Maddock Films' Mimi has been made available on Telegram on July 26. Chandigarh, July 26, 2021: As the cinemas are reopening in the country, many filmmakers are gearing up for the release of their films. In this process, the makers of the long-awaited Punjabi film, Puaada, have announced a new theatrical release date. ## Puaada, a romantic-comedy film starring Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa, will be releasing in cinemas on August 12, 2021.
