Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Second Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 29 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has shown growth on the second Saturday as the early estimate collections suggest around 3-3.50 crores net collections. This is a low second Saturday for such a big film like KKBKKJ but post-pandemic when most films run out of fuel in the first three days only, here it can be called a decent number.## The second Saturday collections will take the total box office collections of the film to around 96 crores net box office mark depending on the final second Saturday business. The film is looking to cross the 100cr mark by this Sunday and for that, the film needs to show a big growth tomorrow to get a 4.50cr net box office mark. This number should have been crossed way earlier but the film has not performed as per the expectations.## KKBKKJ is heading for around 115cr to 120cr finish at the box office in terms of lifetime numbers. This will lead to the average status for this Salman Khan entertainer. The last few films of Salman Khan have not performed well at the box office as his last hit was Bharat in 2019 which crossed the 200cr net box office mark and his last blockbuster came in 2017 in the form of Tiger Zinda Hai which crossed the 300cr net. The hope is that Tiger 3 will bring the vintage Salman Khan back who set the box office on fire last decade as no other star did in the history of Hindi cinema. ## Stay tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Second Friday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 28 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan continues to struggle at the box office after an underwhelming first week. On the second Friday, the movie scored an estimated 2-2.50 crores net which is a low number. The second Friday business also confirmed that the film is not going to cross the 100cr mark by the second Saturday, but hopefully, it will be there by Sunday and for that, the film needs to show healthy growth in the next two days. ## The second Friday business of the Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will take the entire box office collection of the film to around 92cr net box office mark. The film had a low opening day but covered the ground on the second and third days. The first Monday hold was good and the Tuesday collections were also decent but the film lost since Wednesday and since then it is on a downward trajectory. ## KKBKKJ was looking like a 150 crores lifetime film after the first Monday but the second Friday confirmed that the lifetime business of the movie will be around the 120cr net box office mark or even lower. The film needs to show miraculous growth in the next two days to reach this number.## Stay tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan First Thursday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 27 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan struggles on the first Thursday of its box office run as the early estimated collections are heading for around the 3.50cr net box office mark which is a low number. The film is not a big-budget film but still, it's a big film especially because it stars Salman Khan and these numbers are below the mark of what one expects from him. ## The first Thursday business will take the total business of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan to around 90cr net box office mark depending on the actual number of first Thursday. The 100cr net box mark which was expected to cross by the second Friday seems like a distant dream now. The film will cross the 100cr net box office mark but it will be mostly on Saturday or at worst by Sunday. ## The second Friday hold and the growth on Saturday and Sunday will determine where the lifetime business of the film is heading. At the moment it looks like the film will finish its box office run around 125cr net box office mark. ## The mass centers have seen big crowds in all the Hindi circuits due to the face value of Salman Khan and without any doubt he is the biggest in the mass audiences of single screens and smaller towns but the multiplexes especially the bigger ones have rejected the film. ## Stay Tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan First Wednesday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 26 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which took an expected hit in collections yesterday has shown another drop but a better hold today at the box office by registering around 20% fewer collections compared to yesterday. The early estimate collections suggest around 5 crores net on Wednesday. ## The first Wednesday collections will take the total collections of the film to around 88cr net mark and now the 100 crores net in the first week is out of the equation. The film will hit the 100 crore mark on the second Friday or Saturday. It is the hold on the second Friday that will determine the fate of the film at the box office.## The collections and the hold in mass centers are fabulous but at the same time, the multiplexes are recording dull collections. The core Hindi mass belts have seen a good turnout which is a big plus as post-pandemic these audiences were the ones that the Industry has lost and now they are coming back with Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. ## The film will be an underperformer at the box office especially because it stars Salman Khan who has a mega box office record since the beginning of the last decade. The word of the mouth of the film has been on the mixed side and that is now coming to the equation. The lifetime business is still hard to predict but the film should do a minimum of 125cr net box office from here on.## Stay tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan First Tuesday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 25 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has seen a drop today as the early estimate collections suggest around 7.50-8 crores net. The film has shown around a 30% drop from yesterday. A drop around 20% would have been a good hold.## The first Tuesday collections will take the total collections of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan to around 83.50 crores net mark. The film has an outside chance to hit 100cr net box office collections in the first week but for that, it has to hold superbly well in the next two days. ## By the second Friday, KKBKKJ will easily cruise past the 100cr net which although is not a benchmark anymore, especially for a superstar like Salman Khan these are respectable numbers coming post-pandemic when only a handful of films have gone over the 100cr mark in their lifetime run. ## The footfalls of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan till now are more than most films that had a similar business as the major chunk of collections is coming from single screens and not from the premium multiplexes. Also, the film has found appreciation in tier 2 and tier 3 cities which were the target audience for the film.## Stay tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan First Monday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 24 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan who had a decent first weekend at the box office after a sluggish start has passed the Monday test with flying colors. The collections coming across single screens are excellent and in many places, they are better than the first day which was hit by pre-eid. The trend of the film has been good till now. ## The early estimate collections for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan on the first Monday suggest around 10-11 crores net. The final number may vary by a little bit on either side. The drop from Friday is around 20-30% which is an excellent hold. The footfalls will be similar to the 1st day as the rates have come down to the normal level from the weekend.## The first Monday collections will take the total collections of the movie to around 75 crores net mark depending on the actual first Monday collections which will be known by tomorrow morning. The smaller centers are driving the film thanks to the extraordinary pull of Salman Khan in mass belts but at the same time, the major multiplexes are not doing that well. The hold on Monday has confirmed that the film will enjoy a good run at the box office, especially in the mass belts of Hindi circuits. ## These numbers are solid for the type of budget the film has but with Salman Khan on board, these numbers look average at best. It will be interesting to know how the film performs over the next few days and what sort of growth it shows on the second weekend. The film will enjoy a free run at the box office for some weeks.## Stay tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan First Sunday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 23 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which took an underwhelming opening at the box office had shown huge growth yesterday at the box office by going over 90% compared to the first day, and now the film has seen further growth today by around 10% which is good as Saturday growth was massive and going over that by another 15% is a huge win for the film. Single screens continue to drive the film while standalone multiplexes are also excellent. ## Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is heading towards a big day at the box office as the early estimate collections suggest around 26-27 crores net. This is the highest single day of the film till now as it beats yesterday's number comfortably. There was an outside chance of touching the 30cr mark or even crossing but night shows are likely to see a drop due to the next day being a working day. ## The three-day weekend of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be around 65 crores net mark. The final number may vary by a crore or two. The first-weekend business can be called good, especially after the sort of start the film took on the opening day which suggested a 45-50 crore weekend at best. The film is now in a much better position and if it holds well on Monday then the film will enjoy a good run at the box office. ## The first-weekend business will be seen as the downer as the minimum expectations from Salman Khan starrers are 100cr plus in the first weekend irrespective of the content. Bajrangi Bhaijaan was the first film that went over the 100 crore mark On the weekend and Salman Khan holds the record for the most number of century crore weekends but the post-pandemic box office is a different ball game and collecting 65cr weekend with a regular film that to a remake is a credit to the star power of Salman Khan.## Stay tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan First Saturday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 22 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is set for huge growth at the box office after an underwhelming opening-day collection which was still the third biggest of this year after Pathaan and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar. Salman Khan starrers have easily gone over the 20cr or even 25cr mark in pre eid in similar kinds of films around 7 or 8 years ago and that is the main reason why the opening day number looks way below the mark. ## The film is heading for massive growth of around 80% today, which also happens to be Eid. This sort of growth is huge and has happened for only a few films post-pandemic. The single screens have recorded bumper collections while the multiplexes have also seen excellent numbers. The premium multiplexes are not at the level they should be but still, they are good enough. ## As per the early estimates, KKBKKJ scored around 24-25 cr net on its first Saturday. These are early estimates and the final collections could vary. If the single screens continue to outperform then the business could be on the higher side as well. The stronghold circuits of Salman Khan Rajasthan, Bihar, and Gujarat recorded fantastic collections throughout the day. The growth in a few of the circuits is over 200% or even 300% as those circuits were affected by pre eid on the first day.## The first Saturday collections will take the total collections of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan to around the 38 crores net mark. Now the film is in a much better position compared to yesterday. Tomorrow is Sunday so the film should carry momentum and even 10% growth will be a big plus. The advance for tomorrow is better than today (Saturday) but the late-night shows of tomorrow will be affected due to the next day being a working Monday. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is set for a good weekend which looked like a dream the way the film opened at the box office.## Stay tuned...

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Opening Day Early Estimates

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Opening Day Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 21 - Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan the first Superstar film since Pathaan in January has been released, starring Salman Khan. The campaign for the film started with a teaser in January followed by songs and finally the trailer. The film has given a wide release of around 4500 screens in India and 1200 screens in the overseas markets despite that it is not the biggest release of Salman Khan as films like Tiger Zinda Hai and Bharat had seen bigger releases but the sort of budget and appeal Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has the release is huge.## Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan took an average start in the morning shows with single screens and multiplexes outside the big three national chains showing good crowds. The film is a pre-eid release which is worse than a nonholiday but many Salman Khan starrers opened in pre-eid to bumper houses as well. The likes of Dabangg (2010) and Ek Tha Tiger(2012) were record openers during pre-eid. After an average start, the film did see some growth in the multiplexes.## As per the early estimates, KKBKKJ scored around 12-13 crores net which is a low number for a Salman Khan film as his films were recording these opening day numbers around 12-13 years ago on nonholiday. That was the peak of Superstar Salman Khan and currently, he is not at his peak and well past his prime but still the opening is disappointing. There is a struggle to open a film on a good note post-pandemic with a nonevent film and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan falls in this category.## The business of film is driven by single screens and tier-2 multiplexes where the pull of the star gets stronger rather than national chains where the audience go for the products and not for the stars most of the time. Some circuits are just decent which always open the bumper for Salman Khan and that is again a big disappointing thing. Overall it's an average Friday at the box office where the numbers are far from being good and that too for the reigning Superstar. ## Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan needs to show huge growth tomorrow helped by the Eid holidays. If the numbers on Saturday and Sunday do not fire then the film will find it very hard to run at the box office. The advance booking for tomorrow is similar to the first day but tomorrow is a holiday so the film will start with better occupancies. The talks of the film are mixed just like every commercial film. The actual word of mouth will be known by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.## Stay tuned...

From Dabangg to Bodyguard to Ek Tha Tiger to Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan - Megastar Salman Khan has delivered many huge blockbusters on Eid. Bharat which holds the record for his biggest opening day for Salman was also released on Eid in 2019. ## Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be the first Salman Khan film post the pandemic though he had Radhe which was released on OTT and Antim which had him in the extended special appearance role. Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan will be his first main-lead film and hence the expectations are high for this family action entertainer. Box Office: Bholaa First Tuesday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 4 - Bholaa heading for a decent first Tuesday as the early estimate collections suggest a 4.50-5 crores net which is similar to the first Monday collections. The first seven days of business of the film is heading towards the 57 cr net mark while the extended first-week business of eight days should be around the 61-63 crores net. ## The first week of business is on the average side for Bholaa where he did see some good days while some days were also below average.## The film is still in a race to emerge as a successful film though it needs to hold well on the weekdays. Box Office: Bholaa First Monday Early Estimates

Mumbai, April 3 - Bholaa is heading for a good hold on the first Monday as the collection indicates 5 crores net, as per early estimates. The drop from Friday is around 35% which is on the expected lines.## The first Monday collections will take the total collections of the film to near the 50cr net and not many films have crossed this number post-pandemic. Tomorrow is a partial holiday so the film can collect good collections and then it will be down to Wednesday which will decide the fate of the film.## Bholaa remains on course to emerge as a successful film due to the good hold but it needs to sustain on these levels for the next few days and eventually show growth over the second weekend.
