In Canada, AEW Dynamite is available through the TSN website. In India, AEW Dynamite airs on Eurosport every Thursday at 5:30 AM IST. ## The show is available on the TSN Direct streaming service at 10 pm Eastern, the same time that the show will air live on TNT and FITE TV. ## AEW Dynamite March 22, 2023 Live Coverage ## Sting, Darby Allin & AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy Vs The Butcher, The Blade & Kip Sabian (w/Penelope Ford) ## Cassidy sported an impressive display of finger paint on his cheeks, resembling the kind one might see in a preschool classroom. This aesthetic choice was particularly fitting given the recent House Rules show in Troy, OH, where Cassidy and Allin emerged victorious over Butcher and Blade, only to be ambushed backstage after the event. The match began with a brief exchange between Sabian and Cassidy, during which Cassidy unleashed his signature "pocket offense." However, when Butcher entered the ring and Sting followed suit, the action intensified. ## Despite being struck repeatedly, Sting remained unfazed and delivered a devastating blow to Butcher, who resorted to eye-gouging in an attempt to regain control. Butcher's subsequent Stinger Splash missed the mark, allowing Sting to retaliate with one of his own as chaos ensued in the ring. Sabian then attempted a high-flying maneuver on Sting, but the seasoned wrestler channeled Cassidy's agility, rolling to the opposite side of the ring before tagging in Allin. With a lightning-fast Code Red, Allin nearly secured the win, but distraction from Ford gave Blade the opportunity to attack Allin from behind and take the upper hand. ## Allin was mere inches away from making a crucial tag, but Blade intervened and took out Sting on the ringside floor. Cassidy's tag was lackluster at best, but once he entered the ring, he unleashed a flurry of energy and dominated the opposition. However, Butcher & Blade teamed up to deliver a devastating powerbomb neckbreaker combination on Cassidy, which was followed by a corner cannonball from Sabian. In a moment of hubris, Sabian played to the crowd, allowing Sting to make the tag and turn the tide of the match. Despite locking Sabian in a Scorpion Death Lock, Sting was soon overwhelmed by the duo of Butcher & Blade. Allin swooped in with a daring double Coffin Splash, while Sabian landed a punishing pump knee strike. A well-timed Stundog Millionaire from Cassidy led to a dramatic double dive onto Butcher & Blade. With Sabian at his mercy, Sting executed a picture-perfect Scorpion Death Drop and secured the pinfall victory. ## WINNERS: Sting, Darby Allin & AEW International Champion Orange Cassidy ## In the aftermath, Cassidy playfully placed his glasses on Sting, while Allin gazed intently at the Double or Nothing banner. The show concluded with a thrilling video package showcasing the 4 Pillars of AEW engaged in a raucous brawl from the previous week. ## The Gunns (Austin & Colten) Vs Top Flight (Dante & Darius Martin) to retain the AEW Tag Team Titles ## Top Flight launched into the match with lightning-fast speed, catching The Gunns off-guard and forcing them to retreat to the ringside floor. However, Dante's attempt to use the ropes to gain an advantage backfired, resulting in him getting caught throat-first by Colten. With referee Aubrey distracted by Austin, the action was paused briefly for a commercial break, during which Dante was left isolated and vulnerable. However, as soon as the show returned from break, Darius made an explosive hot tag, delivering a stunning standing Spanish Fly on Colten and earning a near-fall. A crafty blind tag by Austin set up a dizzying spinning slam from Dante, nearly securing the win for Top Flight. ## As the match neared its climax, Dante looked poised to unleash his signature move, the Nose Dive, but Colten managed to block his attempt. Meanwhile, Darius launched himself out of the ring, taking out Colten with a daring dive. Undeterred, Dante regrouped and successfully executed the Nose Dive, but Colten rallied just in time to break up the pinfall. Suddenly, Matt Taven and Mike Bennett appeared at ringside, launching a surprise attack on Dante while the referee was distracted. Despite the interference, Dante fought back fiercely and managed to re-enter the ring, but he was quickly met with The Gunns' devastating finishing move, 3:10 to Yuma. With that, The Gunns emerged victorious and retained their title. ## WINNERS: The Gunns (Austin & Colten) ## After the match, a chaotic brawl erupted between Top Flight and The Kingdom, spilling backstage. Meanwhile, FTR made their way to the ring as their music blared. However, Colten Gunn wasted no time in shutting down their entrance, declaring that no one wanted to hear their song or see them in the ring. Colten went on to accuse FTR of being losers who would never earn another title shot. In response, FTR claimed that they would never team up in AEW again, but Austin Gunn was not convinced. Dax Harwood upped the ante, challenging The Gunns to a high-stakes match: if they lost, FTR would quit AEW for good. To everyone's surprise, Austin and Colten accepted the challenge without hesitation and even spat in FTR's faces before leaving the ring. ## No Disqualification Match: HOOK Vs Stokely Hathaway Hathaway stepped into the ring wearing the colors of the Nation of Domination, and even shared a pre-match hug with referee Bryce. However, before the match could begin, Hathaway made a shocking announcement. He claimed to have spoken with Doctor Simpson earlier and revealed that he was not cleared to compete and would be retiring from wrestling. To support his claim, he handed Justin Roberts what he claimed was a doctor's note, but was actually a Wing Stop receipt. As the bell rang, Hathaway quickly fled through the crowd, pursued by his opponent HOOK. The chase led back to the ringside area, where HOOK launched Hathaway with a powerful overhead suplex onto the hard floor. ## HOOK noticed a railing stored under the ring and tossed it into the ring. Hathaway took advantage of the opportunity and grabbed a fire extinguisher, spraying HOOK in the face with it. He then grabbed a chair and quoted Tupac before attempting to strike HOOK with it. However, HOOK blocked the shot and retaliated with a devastating chair shot that left Hathaway reeling. HOOK continued to dominate, launching Hathaway into the railing he had set up earlier. Instead of going for the pin, HOOK opted to apply his signature submission hold, the REDRUM. ## WINNER: HOOK ## Adam Cole Addresses His Return Next Week ## Adam Cole entered the ring to address the crowd and discuss his upcoming in-ring return next week. Cole expressed his excitement to wrestle again and teased the audience with the question of who his opponent will be. However, before he could continue, Daniel Garcia's music interrupted him. Garcia declared that it was "Story Time with Daniel Garcia Bay Bay" and received a negative reaction from the crowd. Garcia went on to claim that he is a locker room leader and has earned the respect of his peers. He welcomed Cole back but also aimed to put him in his place. While Cole was at home playing video games, Garcia had defeated Brody King, Ricky Starks, and Bryan Danielson. Garcia demanded to know where his respect as a sports entertainer was and asked what made Cole so special. ## Cole stated that someday, Garcia may become a leader in AEW, but he shouldn't rely on the J.A.S. to give him a false sense of security. Even though he hasn't wrestled in nine months, Cole is still a multi-time world champion who has traveled the globe. If Garcia is foolish enough to challenge him next week, Cole is game. This isn't just any match for Cole; it's a statement that Adam Cole has returned. ## Jon Moxley (w/Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta) Vs Stu Grayson (w/Evil Uno, John Silver & Alex Reynolds) ## After an intense back-and-forth, Moxley took Grayson down to the mat. However, the two collided in an awkward manner, leaving Moxley visibly frustrated. He vented his anger by throwing a chair outside the ring before returning to execute a Saito suplex on Grayson, who was sent flying into the barricade. Once back inside, Moxley applied a Texas Cloverleaf, but Grayson managed to break free and landed a dropkick. Moxley regained control, but Grayson quickly recovered and hit a spinning slam followed by a twisting springboard senton for a near fall. ## Grayson climbed to the top rope, but was momentarily distracted by Yuta. Dark Order and BCC exchanged heated words as Grayson took out the BCC with a moonsault, while Moxley took out Dark Order with a dive. Grayson returned to the ring and executed a huge 450 Splash, but Moxley kicked out. Grayson attempted Night Fall, but Moxley countered with the Bulldog Choke. Moxley then drove his knees to Grayson's head and locked in the Rear Naked Choke, causing Grayson to almost pass out before cannonballing into the corner with Moxley still on his back. Grayson followed up with a backflip kick, but Moxley halted him on the ropes with an Avalanche Death Rider, ultimately securing the victory. ## WINNER: Jon Moxley ## Toni Storm (w/Saraya & Ruby Soho) Vs Skye Blue ## At the onset of the match, Storm charged at Blue in an attempt to gain an early advantage. However, Blue managed to mount a comeback by landing strikes, executing a face buster and a dropkick that sent Storm out of the ring. Blue followed this up with a well-executed hurricanrana off the apron to the floor. Just as Blue was about to climb to the top, Storm cut her off with a hip attack that sent her crashing to the floor. Saraya and Soho took advantage of the referee's distraction to attack Blue. ## During the commercial break, Storm maintained control of the match until Blue regained momentum with a corner kick and a top rope cross body. Blue then executed a tilt-a-whirl head scissors and followed it up with a spin kick to the head, earning a two-count. Storm managed to avoid Blue's finishing move, Code Blue, and instead hit a Thesz Press and a spinning DDT off the ropes. Storm then called for her finisher, Sweet Cheek Music, but Blue avoided it with a pump knee and executed Code Blue. Soho tried to distract the referee while Blue missed her spinning slam on Storm, who retaliated with Sweet Cheek Music, a German Suplex, and Storm Zero to secure the victory. ## WINNER: Toni Storm ## Following the match, The Outcasts appeared poised to attack Blue, but Willow Nightingale and Riho arrived with a steel pipe and chased them off. ## Kenny Omega (w/Don Callis) Vs AAA Mega Champion El Hijo del Vikingo ## During his entrance, Vikingo executed multiple dives on Omega, including a springboard dropkick back inside that led to a forearm exchange. Referee Paul Turner then officially started the match, and Omega missed a corner splash while Vikingo showcased his impressive athleticism with an Implosion Hurricanrana out of the corner, followed by a corkscrew kick. Omega was then sent to the floor, where Vikingo hit a Shooting Star Press off the apron. Vikingo's incredible springboard 450 splash off the second rope nearly ended the match, but Omega fought back with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and fisherman's buster. Omega then hurled Vikingo into the barricade and set up a table ringside. ## Despite Omega's dominance, Vikingo fought back on the apron with chops. However, Omega hit a perfectly executed monkey flip on the edge of the apron, causing Vikingo to land roughly. Omega attempted to execute a Snap Dragon off the apron and through the table, but Vikingo sprang back into the ring, leapt to the top rope, and, while standing on the ring post, executed a Dragon Rana on the apron and sent Omega crashing to the floor. Back inside the ring, Vikingo landed a nasty corner kick on Omega, but as they battled up on the ropes, Omega attempted a powerbomb, which Vikingo turned into a hurricanrana in mid-air and landed Omega on his head. Vikingo then followed up with an incredible spinning Phoenix Splash from the apron second rope, nearly ending the match. ## Omega caught a flying Vikingo mid-air with a powerbomb into pump knee, but Vikingo kicked out, and Omega followed up with a Snap Dragon. Omega then hit a picture-perfect V-Trigger, but Vikingo countered Omega's signature One Winged Angel with a Swan Dive Poison Rana that spiked Omega. As Omega found himself on the table, Vikingo executed his signature breathtaking 630 Senton off the ropes and through the table to a huge pop from the crowd. Both men managed to beat the count and started slugging it out on their knees. Omega fired off a V-Trigger, but Vikingo responded with a sunset flip bomb, coming very close to winning the match. Vikingo then climbed to the top, but missed a 630 Senton, allowing Omega to hit a V-Trigger and finally execute his signature One Winged Angel for the victory in an incredible main event. ## WINNER: Kenny Omega ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

The next two contenders for the NXT Women's Championship ladder match at Stand & Deliver will be confirmed, as Tiffany Stratton takes on Indi Hartwell, and Lyra Valkyria faces Ivy Nile in tonight's qualifying matches. Unfortunately, Wendy Choo, who was initially scheduled to compete against Valkyria, sustained an injury and has been replaced by Nile. ## Zoey Stark and Gigi Dolin have already secured their spots in the ladder match, but the status of current NXT Women's Champion, Roxanne Perez, remains uncertain after she passed out during her match with Meiko Satomura two weeks ago. In the event that Perez is unable to return in time for Stand & Deliver, the ladder match will determine the new champion. ## WWE NXT is broadcasted on USA Network [8 PM ET on Tuesday ] [You can watch WWE NXT live at 5:30 in India on Sony Ten 1/1HD/3/3HD every Wednesday morning]. ## WWE NXT Results March 14, 2023 & Live Coverage ## The show kicks off with Pretty Deadly from a soundstage at the Performance Center in Orlando. Kit Wilson and Elton Prince come to the ring dressed in elegant street clothes. The new hosts of Stand & Deliver have announced their first order of business: erasing last week's episode from the archives. It seems that a segment on that show made them look foolish, and they want to remove any trace of it. ## During the show, Pretty Deadly took shots at several NXT stars, including the NXT Tag Team Champions and the NXT Champion. This led to an interruption by Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes, who confronted the duo in the ring. After some back-and-forth banter, Williams announced a tag match between Hayes and Bron Breakker against Pretty Deadly. However, the duo attacked Hayes and Williams before the match could begin, leaving Hayes vulnerable. ## Luckily, Breakker came to the rescue and fought off Pretty Deadly, ensuring that Hayes was safe. Breakker made it clear that he wanted no excuses from Hayes leading up to Stand & Deliver, and he would not tolerate any interference from their opponents. ## Championship Qualifying Match: Tiffany Stratton Vs Indi Hartwell ## In the qualifying match, Tiffany Stratton emerged victorious by pinning Indi Hartwell to secure her spot in the championship ladder match at Stand & Deliver. To seal the victory, Stratton executed a rolling fireman's carry slam on Hartwell, followed by a Christopher Daniels' Best Moonsault Ever. ## WINNER: Tiffany Stratton via pinfall ## Singles Match: JD McDonagh vs. Ilja Dragunov ## The highly anticipated grudge match between Dragunov and McDonagh exceeded expectations, but unfortunately, there was no conclusive finish. Nonetheless, their intense brawl led to both of them being added to the fatal five-way at Stand & Deliver.## The match started with a brutal slugfest, as expected, but then evolved into a hard-hitting wrestling match. The live studio audience was captivated by the violent spectacle, reveling in the intense action. Despite McDonagh targeting Dragunov's previously injured eye socket, Dragunov fought back and even signaled for his finisher. However, McDonagh countered and attempted to put Dragunov in the same hold that had previously injured him.## In a moment of redemption, Dragunov managed to escape McDonagh's hold and land a leaping forearm. The action spilled outside the ring, with McDonagh and Dragunov exchanging strikes on the floor. Dragon Lee, who was watching the match at ringside, got involved after McDonagh hit him with a cheap shot. Dragon Lee then started trading strikes with both McDonagh and Dragunov. The referee had to call for the bell and threw out the match as Wes Lee suddenly appeared and performed a flip dive on all three men. It seems that this chaos has set up McDonagh and Dragunov to be added to the fatal five-way at Stand & Deliver. ## WINNER: This Match Was No-Contest ## Johnny Gargano challenges Grayson Waller to an unsanctioned match ## Championship Qualifying Match: Lyra Valkyria Vs Ivy Nile## In the final moments of the match, Nile had Valkyria locked in a Dragon Sleeper hold, but Valkyria managed to escape by using the ropes to flip over Nile. With Nile dazed, Valkyria quickly followed up with a devastating German suplex and then delivered a vicious roundhouse kick. Capitalizing on her opponent's weakened state, Valkyria covered Nile for the pinfall victory, securing her place in the championship ladder match at Stand & Deliver. ## WINNER: Lyra Valkyria ## The Great Debate: Schism vs. Chase U ## NXT Champion Bron Breakker & Carmelo Hayes (with Trick Williams) Vs Pretty Deadly (Kit Wilson & Elton Prince) ## The match between Pretty Deadly and Hayes/Breakker kicks off with Pretty Deadly displaying their dominance, as they focus on working over Hayes. However, Hayes shows his resilience and fights back, with Breakker joining in to confront Pretty Deadly. A brawl ensues, and Hayes and Breakker manage to clear the ring, standing tall as the show heads to its final commercial break.## As the show returns, Breakker becomes the target of Pretty Deadly's attacks, after he takes a hard shot during the break. But soon after, Hayes gets the hot tag and unleashes a flurry of moves on Pretty Deadly. There is a cool spot where Hayes sits on the middle rope and executes a suplex, sending Wilson crashing on top of Prince.## Despite the initial momentum, Hayes eventually succumbs to the onslaught by Pretty Deadly, who begin to work him over. However, Hayes manages to make another hot tag to Breakker, who is a powerhouse in the ring. Breakker manhandles Pretty Deadly with an array of suplexes, and then pulls down the strap on his singlet, letting out a fierce roar.## Breakker continues to dominate and executes a flying bulldog off the top rope for a near fall. In a close call, Hayes and Breakker narrowly avoid colliding into each other. Hayes delivers a codebreaker to Wilson, followed by Breakker's spear on Wilson. Breakker tags Hayes, who leaps off the top rope with Nothing But Net, a flying legdrop. Hayes quickly covers Wilson and secures the three-count victory for his team. ## WINNERS: NXT Champion Bron Breakker & Carmelo Hayes (with Trick Williams) via pinfall ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Austin Theory Says John Cena Wants To Have A Match With Me Because He's The Most Important Thing In WWE

As WrestleMania 39 draws near, the match card is taking its final shape with a mix of championship matches and heated rivalries set to culminate at the event. Among the exciting matches lined up is a United States Championship showdown between current titleholder Austin Theory and John Cena. ## While the match has been teased for a while, it was officially announced on the March 6 episode of WWE Raw. In a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Austin Theory exuded confidence as he spoke about Cena's warning that even if he triumphs over him at WrestleMania, he would ultimately "lose" in the long run due to the immense pressure that comes with defeating a legendary wrestler like Cena. ## “Yeah, I get it. I get it because he wants everybody to believe that I don’t have it, that I’m screwed. But that is a man that says that because when he looks in my eyes, he knows that I have everything. I do. He has a legacy, he has so much. Everybody knows John Cena, he’s the top of the top. I think when he looks at me and sees that I’m 25 and he sees that the level that I’m on and the things that I’m doing and the level that I’m growing at, it can’t be touched. It really can’t be. So you have to look me in my eyes and tell me that if I beat you, that I lose everything. But we all know that’s wrong John.. why? Why if it means nothing does he even want to have this match? He wants to have this match because I’m the most important thing in the WWE. ## It’s clear as day. There’s a lot of people that wanna sit there and [disagree with that], but then they're gonna have to go ‘Okay, Theory’s the guy.’ They’re gonna have to. It’s just where we are man. So, him saying that me winning means I’m gonna lose everything, okay. I can’t wait to lose everything when I show up on Monday Night Raw, my show, holding my title because that's inevitable. All of those people that he says don’t believe in me, I could care less. Guess how many people believed in me when I was 8 and told them I wanted to be a WWE superstar. Guess how many people laughed at me when I was twelve sitting at the table in school when I told them I wanted to be a WWE superstar. I don’t need people to believe in me and I’ve always shown that. If I don’t believe that, I don’t think I’d be where I'm at [being] 25 today. So, it is what it is. WrestleMania 39, it’s my night. It’s my show and I’m gonna own that and show that. That is All Day and that is inevitable.” ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Bray Wyatt’s WWE WrestleMania Match Is Looking Less Likely

In recent weeks, there has been significant speculation surrounding the WWE status of Bray Wyatt and whether he will be able to participate in WrestleMania Goes Hollywood as planned, where he was scheduled to wrestle Bobby Lashley. ## Both Wyatt and Lashley have been absent from WWE programming, and the company has stopped promoting their match. It was previously reported that Wyatt was dealing with a "physical issue," but the latest report suggests that he is currently ill. ## During last week’s SmackDown, WWE included a Bray Wyatt logo in a backstage segment with LA Knight, which may have been an easter egg for fans. However, there was no mention of Lashley or Wyatt on Monday’s episode of Raw. ## Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that the current situation surrounding Wyatt is unclear, as there has been no update on his status. Meltzer noted the following: ## “Man, nobody knows what’s going on there. Not a mention of Bray Wyatt all night Not a mention of Bobby Lashley all night,” Meltzer stated. “Yeah, I mean, it looks to me like he’s, I mean I don’t wanna say it looks like he’s off the show, but it looks like he’s off the show, because they are not mentioning his name at all. They did a little flash with that Bray Wyatt stuff on Friday’s show, so he’s with the company obviously. There was another video where they showed him briefly, so it’s not like he’s been scrubbed from anything. ## He was supposed to be at the show Friday night. Whatever it is, it’s a health issue, and the health issue hasn’t cleared up yet. If they were confident that it was, they would at least have Bobby Lashley out there doing promos and stuff.” ## Meltzer added, “He wasn’t there tonight again, but he wasn’t booked for tonight’s show.” ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Finn Balor To Bring His Demon Against His WrestleMania 39 Match Against Edge?

It will be The Demon vs. Edge At WrestleMania 39 in a Hell In A Cell Match. ## For the past few months, WWE Hall of Famer Edge has been in a feud with Finn Balor, who took over The Judgment Day stable from him and ousted him from the group in June 2022. The two sides have been embroiled in a bitter rivalry ever since. ## Balor previously challenged Edge to a match at WrestleMania, and the legend later stipulated that it should be a Hell in a Cell match. When Balor accepted the terms, he hinted that he might bring back his demonic alter ego for the match. Now, Edge has called out The Demon, setting the stage for a potentially explosive encounter at WrestleMania. ## During the latest WWE Raw episode on March 20, Edge took the initiative to directly call out The Demon, continuing his months-long feud with Finn Balor. As a WWE Hall of Famer with an extensive history in Hell in a Cell matches, Edge reminded the audience that he was baptized in the steel structure by The Deadman himself, and emphasized that he didn't fear anyone. In fact, he declared himself to be the devil that should be feared. ## Edge then challenged Balor to bring the Demon to meet the Devil at their upcoming match at WrestleMania 39, and urged him to leave his "Finn" persona at home. It remains to be seen whether The Demon will make an appearance at WrestleMania, as Balor has not used the persona since his loss to Roman Reigns at WWE Extreme Rules 2021. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

WWE Raw 3/20/23 Full Review, Match Ratings, Results

This week, WWE held another spectacular edition of Monday Night Raw with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes being in the main event segment. Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns came to the red brand en route to his showdown against Cody Rhodes on The Grandest Stage of Them All. ## Plus, a special LIVE edition of the "Impaulsive" podcast with host Logan Paul and so much more happened during tonight's edition of Monday Night. ## Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn made their entrance, as replays from SmackDown were aired, recapping the events that led to their reunion. Cody Rhodes was shown watching it unfold on a monitor, and the crowd loudly chanted for Sami. Owens commented, "sounds like they like you." The crowd then loudly chanted for Owens, and Zayn responded with, "sounds like they like you too, pal." Owens joked that the fans only did that to make him feel better.## Zayn admitted that he realized he made a mistake by treating their reunion like a business transaction and should have known that they needed to do this as brothers. Owens said that he had been Zayn's biggest fan throughout their entire careers, whether they were together or not. He expressed frustration at seeing Zayn being held under Roman Reigns' thumb when he was better than all of them. The Bloodline knew it, and the fans knew it. Owens knew that it was time to get over everything and take down the Bloodline together.## Zayn said they knew what was coming next and they looked up at the WrestleMania sign until the Usos interrupted them. Jey called Zayn a backstabber, and they accused each other of being backstabbers. Zayn said that they all knew Jey's dream was to turn his back on Reigns. Jimmy thought it was funny that they were looking at the sign because nothing would happen at WrestleMania.## Owens suggested that they all had the same idea - the Uso brothers against Owens and his brother Sami at WrestleMania for the tag team titles. The crowd chanted "Yes." However, Jimmy said that wasn't happening, but Jey liked the idea because it was their chance to finally put Owens and Zayn in the dirt. Jimmy eventually agreed, so Jey accepted the match.## Jey didn't want to wait, so the Usos attacked Owens and Zayn. A brawl broke out, and Owens superkicked Jey. However, before Zayn could hit a Helluva Kick, Jimmy pulled Jey out of the ring. Jimmy grabbed a chair as officials ran out, but before anything else could transpire, Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, and Paul Heyman were shown arriving at the building. ## Non-Title Match: United States Champion Austin Theory Vs Montez Ford ## During the match, Ford dominated most of the action, but it was Theory who ultimately picked up the victory. It was clear that one of these men was a rising star who had the potential to be a future main eventer.## At one point, Ford knocked Theory over the barricade and took the opportunity to sit down and pose for a picture with two enthusiastic fans. He even looked into the camera and signaled for a commercial break, which came right on time.## Ford showcased his impressive athleticism with a flying crossbody, clotheslines, back elbow, belly-to-back suplex, and standing moonsault. He even spiked Theory with a DDT and followed up with a big flip dive. However, Theory managed to avoid a frog splash and hit a rolling dropkick and A-Town Down to secure the pinfall victory.## After the match, Theory declared that John Cena may not believe in him now, but at WrestleMania, he would prove him wrong. ## WINNER: Austin Theory via pinfall ## RUN TIME: 8:54 ## RATING: *** ## Up Next Was The Bloodline Segment## In the locker room, the Usos approached Roman Reigns, who appeared displeased with their recent performance. Jimmy expressed his frustration about being separated from his brother and blamed Sami Zayn for the situation. Although it seemed like he might be directing his anger towards Reigns, Jimmy quickly refocused on their common goal of taking down Owens and Zayn at WrestleMania. Reigns agreed to the plan and dismissed everyone from the room except for Jey.## During their private conversation, Reigns questioned Jey's loyalty and reminded him that being part of the Bloodline required making tough decisions. Jey reassured Reigns that he was still committed to the family, prompting Reigns to declare his love for him. As Jey left, Paul Heyman awkwardly entered the frame, causing some amusement among the crowd. Reigns assured Heyman that he had received the answer he was looking for, but Heyman seemed concerned. ## In terms of vocabulary, the passage mainly uses informal language and wrestling-specific terminology, such as "Uce" (a term of endearment used by Samoans) and "WrestleMania." The tone is generally confrontational and focused on the storyline of the wrestlers' rivalries and alliances. ## Omos (w/MVP) Vs Mustafa Ali ## This was just another easy victory for Omos to put on a gain ahead of his WrestleMania match against Brock Lesnar. Omos won with a tree slam. ## WINNER: Omos via pinfall ## RUN TIME: 1:00 ## RATING: * ## Up Next: Impaulsive TV with Logan Paul ## Paul claimed that despite his wealth, he was still here because he loved WWE, but the fans rejected him. He pointed out that only his father, whom he had brought to St. Louis, and one fan holding a “Drink Prime” sign, seemed to like him.## Despite his talents and the number of superstars he had beaten, the fans did not respect him. He did not bother inviting any celebrity friends to his show because he knew they would not want to come to St. Louis and disappoint fans more than the Rams did.## Although Paul looked forward to beating Seth Rollins on his birthday at WrestleMania, he acknowledged that the match itself would be great because Rollins was among the top three in the business. However, he was not worried about winning because he and his brother agreed that you could not take a guy named “Seth” seriously. After all, Seths were nice guys.## Paul then played a replay of himself knocking out Rollins last week, adding cartoonish sound effects and a clown emoji over Rollins’ face. However, the replays stopped and his mic cut out, and Rollins was shown in the production truck pushing buttons.## Rollins entered the ring, wearing a leopard print suit, and instead of Paul’s usual act, Rollins punched him and tackled him onto the announce desk. Rollins went to the top and attempted a dive, but Paul was helped off the table by two guards, and Rollins accidentally wiped out the guards. This misstep allowed Paul to drop Rollins with a right hand once again.## Paul's performance was impressive, with the crowd booing him as he spoke and responding with loud “What” chants. ## Dominik Mysterio (w/Damian Priest) Vs Johnny Gargano ## Gargano executed a daring dive, but Dom took over the match by slamming Gargano's injured ribs into the steel steps and barricade. After a brief intermission, Gargano retaliated by countering out of Dom's three amigos and responded with a powerful spear, earning a two-count.## Dom tried to plead for mercy, but then he dragged Gargano into the turnbuckle. Dom attempted a cover with his feet on the ropes, but the referee caught him red-handed. Gargano capitalized on the situation, hitting Dom with a superkick that almost resulted in a pinfall. Gargano expertly evaded a 619 before unleashing a series of moves, including a clothesline, a lawn dart, and a superkick, nearly securing the win.## As the battle continued, they struggled on the top rope, and Dom took advantage by dropping Gargano and then executing a frog splash on Gargano's back (and injured ribs), earning a clean and decisive pinfall victory. ## WINNER: Dominik Mysterio via pifnall ## RUN TIME: 10:40 ## RATING: ** ## In a dimly lit room with candles, Edge delivered a pre-recorded promo. Despite his serious tone, the poor production quality of the video was noticeable and somewhat distracting. Edge talked about his proficiency in dangerous matches such as Hell in a Cell and challenged Bálor to bring out his alter-ego, the Demon, instead of his human persona "Finn". ## Up Next: Rhea Ripley promo ## Ripley declared that Charlotte Flair couldn't be a true leader in the division without respecting others, and Charlotte's constant questioning of herself made it impossible for her to respect Ripley. Despite being knocked down, Ripley kept getting back up, while Charlotte tried to keep others down, but now it was time for Charlotte to go home, where she would mean nothing without WWE.## Ripley didn't care if Charlotte respected her or not, as she was focused on becoming the champion and the biggest star in WWE. She warned Charlotte that she didn't need her respect, but she would make her fear her.## Suddenly, the segment was interrupted by Damage CTRL. Bayley mocked Ripley and suggested that she should have asked for her advice since she defeated Charlotte at her first WrestleMania. Ripley dismissed Bayley, but Bayley threatened her in response. Ripley challenged them to a fight, and Bayley accepted, as she was already in her gear. The General Manager, Adam Pearce, was watching in the back and made the match official. ## Rhea Ripley Vs Bayley (w/Dakota Kai & IYO SKY)## During the third hour, Bayley attempted to win the match by cheating with the help of her allies. She executed a Bayley-to-belly on Ripley, but the latter kicked out at a count of one. Bayley tried the move once again, but Ripley countered it with a slam. Bayley didn't back down and hit Ripley with a PK. Ripley responded with a kick and locked in a standing inverted cloverleaf, but Bayley managed to get a rope break with the help of her Damage CTRL teammates. ## Ripley was furious and went after Dakota Kai, which allowed Bayley to drop her over the rope. At this point, Lynch, Stratus, and Lita stormed into the ring (with Lynch's music playing in the background) and took out Kai and SKY. Lynch then backed Bayley into the ring, where she turned around into Ripley's Rip-tide finisher. Ripley secured the pinfall win, and the crowd erupted in cheers. ## WINNER: Rhea Ripley via pinfall ## RUN TIME: 10:50 ## RATING: ** ## Ricochet (w/Braun Strowman) Vs Chad Gable (w/Otis) ## At the beginning of the match, there appeared to be a miscommunication between Gable and Ricochet, resulting in Gable unintentionally bodyslamming Ricochet off the top rope. Despite this, Gable continued his attack with a flying clothesline before the match paused for a break.## After the break, Ricochet avoided Gable's moonsault and struck back with a rolling dropkick, exciting the crowd (with some help from Strowman's encouragement). Ricochet then executed a springboard clothesline and a running shooting star press, but only managed to secure a two-count.## They exchanged cradles, but Gable responded with a cliffhanger DDT for a nearfall. Gable then locked in an ankle hold, but Ricochet managed to escape and retaliated with a superkick and a knee strike. However, Gable quickly recovered and executed a dragon suplex for a two-count.## Otis cheered on his tag team partner Gable, but Dupri made an appearance and took Otis away backstage, distracting Gable in the process. This allowed Ricochet to hit a Destino followed by a shooting star press, resulting in a pinfall victory. Overall, it was an entertaining match. ## WINNER: Ricochet ## RUN TIME: 10:38 ## RATING: **** ## Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair & Asuka Vs Piper Niven & Chelsea Green ## Belair and Asuka quickly dispatched their opponents, and the match went to a break just 50 seconds in. After the break, Belair dominated Niven until a miscommunication occurred between Belair and Asuka, with Asuka almost hitting Belair with a running hip attack. This led to a heated argument between the two. ## When Belair saw Niven coming, she pushed Asuka out of the way to protect her. Belair then used the ropes to deliver a powerful KOD to Niven, earning a thunderous ovation from the crowd. ## WINNERS: Bianca Belair & Asuka ## RUN TIME: 6:44 ## RAGING: ** ## Up Next: Roman Reigns-Cody Rhodes main event segment ## Reigns made his entrance with Heyman and Sikoa in tow, and demanded the audience in St. Louis acknowledge him, which they promptly did. ## Cody Rhodes then made his entrance to a chorus of cheers and chants from the crowd. Reigns warned Rhodes to stay out of Bloodline business, but Rhodes refused to back down and asked Reigns what the problem was. Heyman tried to interject, but Rhodes shut him down, insisting he was talking to Reigns. ## Reigns explained that Rhodes wasn't the problem, but rather what he represented - a wrestler from a previous era. Reigns saw himself as a megastar, while Rhodes was still talking about his plans for WrestleMania, but Reigns didn't believe he would succeed. ## Rhodes fired back, defending his legacy and his contributions to the wrestling industry. He was offended by Reigns' dismissal of their fathers as "just wrestlers," and insisted that he had always wanted to be a superstar. Rhodes warned Reigns of what was coming at WrestleMania, and promised to remind him what it was like to lose. ## As the tension between the two men escalated, Sikoa attempted to intervene, but Rhodes warned him that he wasn't ready yet. Despite this, Sikoa tried to attack Rhodes, but Reigns held him back and talked him down. As Reigns and Heyman left, the crowd chanted "you're not ready" at Sikoa, who stood in the ring, visibly frustrated. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.
