Roman Reigns Opens Up About His 2017 Promo With John Cena

Roman Reigns and John Cena have had go-rounds twice during their respective WWE careers. The first came in 2017 when Roman was just getting established as "The Man" while Cena was finishing his full-time schedule. He was beaten by Reigns in his last match.## The second came in 2021, with Reigns well established as the head of the table as the pandemic subsided, and Cena had not been on television since WrestleMania 36.## In Impulsive Appearance with Logan Paul, Roman Reigns was asked if Cena was difficult to work with because you can't see him and how is his relationship with Cena in the present day. Reigns laughed in response, saying it's better that way and said about his relationship with Cena that it's okay.## During the interview, Paul and Reigns discussed slipping into promos and blanking. Logan posed blanking Reigns during a promo segment with Cena in 2017. Reigns recalled the segment and tried to learn from it, saying,"That was one of them. I believe I did, yeah. Just being in that position and going through that experience made me better. I don't think it was anything like John specifically. I take from everybody I've worked with, everyone I've competed with. I always try to take something that I learned from them."## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Paul Heyman Reacts To Solo Sikao Winning The WWE NXT North American Championship

Sami Zayn became the violence of The Bloodline and declared himself an honorary UC and Jay Uso was not happy with it. Wherever Roman Reigns needed help, Zayn stood by his side at all times, many times he also sacrificed himself to protect Reigns. Seeing Zayn's loyalty to the group, he is acknowledged for his selfless contribution.## Honorary Yous received the backing of Paul Heyman following Solo Sikoa's massive title win on NXT 2.0 this week. The Street Champion has overtaken Carmelo Hayes to become the new NXT North American Champion. After that shocking development, Paul Heyman made a very interesting tweet.## The #Bloodline = the most dominant faction in sports entertainment / pro wrestling history! Top 5 Predicted Matches For WWE Extreme Rules 2022

Top 5 Predicted Matches For WWE Extreme Rules 2022

Here are the full results for The 2022 Extreme Rules which is set to be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, marking the first Extreme Rules event to be held in October and on a Saturday. ## Check Out The Top 5 predicted Matches for the event. ## 1. Singles Match: Karrion Kross Vs. Drew McIntyre ## The return of Karrion Kross, coupled with his insertion into the rivalry between Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre on Friday night's episode of SmackDown, reportedly could be a vehicle for WWE to split up its world championships once again. ## Recently Fightful Select reported that there has been at least one creative pitch within WWE that would see Kross challenge Reigns for only one of the two titles he currently holds. ## Kross, who was released by WWE in November 2021, despite a major run in NXT that saw him hold the NXT Championship twice, appeared alongside Scarlett on Friday's closing segment of SmackDown. ## The 37-year-old veteran ruthlessly attacked McIntyre, who was about to face Reigns. Scarlett then leaves an hourglass in the ring, indicating that Cross intends to take at least one championship from Reigns in the near future. ## 2. Singles Match: Dexter Lumis Vs. The Miz ## On the WWE RAW after Clash at the Castle, The Miz faced Bobby Lashley in the main event with the United States Championship on the line. Dexter Lumis, who came out from under the ring, interfered during the match, which helped Lashley retain his title. ## On The September 5th edition of Monday Night Raw, Bobby Lashey once again took on The Miz in a Steel Cage Match. As Miz was climbing down the cage, Lumis appeared under the ring, leading to Lashley delivering a brutal Spear that finished off The Miz. ## After the match, Dexter Lumis made his way into the cage, locking The Awesome One in an Arm Triangle and sending The A-Lister to sleep. ## 3. Johnny Gargano vs. Austin Theory ## It's only been a few weeks since Johnny Gargano returned to WWE, but it's already clear who will be his first opponent. Austin Theory was his elusive son in NXT when he was part of The Way, but now those days are gone. ## Theory has developed into a cocky jerk, while Gargano overtakes his need to parent the others in the locker room. Now, they seem destined for a showdown. ## They may have a match before the PPV, but it looks like the best location for this fight will be Extreme Rules. Give them 15 minutes and they'll put on an athletic performance that will rival anything else in the night. ## 4. WWE Raw Women's Title Match: Bayley vs. Bianca Belair ## This is one of the few matches on this list that sounds like a lock. Since Bayley returned to SummerSlam, she has been chasing Bianca Belair. ## It's a feud that had to be put on hold when the former women's champion got injured last year, but now that she's back, she's making up for lost time. ## 5. WWE Undisputed Tag Team Titles Match: The Usos Vs. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens ## This might be more of a hope than a prediction, but it feels like WWE is building toward Sami Zayn turning on The Bloodline and joining Kevin Owens to dethrone The Usos as the tag team champions. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Solo Sikoa Becomes The WWE NXT North American Championship On NXT 2.0

Tonight's one-year anniversary NXT 2.0 show saw the crowning of a surprising new champion. ## Tonight's main event was planned to be an NXT North American Championship match, with Carmelo Hayes defending the title against a fan-voted opponent. Per the voting, Wes Lee was to be the challenger, but Hayes and Trick Williams took him out backstage before the match, leaving Hayes without an opponent. ## Solo Sikoa officially made his surprise return to NXT less than a week after joining Bloodline, defeating Hayes to become the new North American Champion. ## As noted, The Undisputed WWE Universal Championship was on the line at Clash at the Castle, and at one point it looked as if Drew McIntyre would be the one to put a stop to Roman Reigns' Title reign. That didn't end up happening though, as Solo Sikoa would intervene on Reigns' behalf and help the Tribal Chief retain his Championship. ## Later, Solo made his WWE SmackDown debut. Sikoa came out with The Usos and Sami Zayn, and during their promo, it would be revealed that Sikoa is now officially a part of The Bloodline. ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.

Roman Reigns On Dealing With 'What' Chants: 'I Don't Mind Just Sitting And Letting Them Chant'

During an appearance on Logan Paul's podcast, Roman Reigns commented on dealing with "what" chants from WWE fans. ## As it would be everyone's saying, so did Reigns stated that nobody likes the "What," [Chants], but then you got to start playing with your cadence and now you can cut their "Whats off" and dictate what is the timing and the chants are going to be. ## “Typically when you’re talking, they’re going to listen. But when you pause, they’ll get a reaction but sometimes it’s not the reaction you want. Nobody likes the ‘what’ [chants] so then you got to start playing with your cadence – and now you can cut their whats off and dictate what is the timing and the chants are going to be.” ## “So they’ll hit you with those and that’s when you can hear the more experienced performers and talkers where they’ll change their cadence. If I have to machine gun them, I’ll machine gun them. But as soon as I know I’ve stopped that or I have a gauge on what’s happening, I don’t mind just sitting and letting them chant.” ## To stay updated with all the latest combat sports news, add Sacnilk.com to your Google News feeds and follow us on Twitter.
