Chennai, 1 Oct 2022: Tamil pride movie Ponniyin Selvan - Part 1 is creating havoc at the box office in Tamil Nadu state. This film is also having a good collection in rest of the India and overseas but Tamil Nadu state is on another level. ## PS-1 scored 26.95 Cr gross in Tamil Nadu on its opening day and according to early estimates, this film manages to collect around 23 Cr gross in this same state. Within 2 days, this movie is touching the 50 cr mark showing that this is trending superbly. ## If we go by advance booking data, then the first Sunday has more numbers than the opening and second days.
