All-Time Blockbuster 'Baahubali' To Re-Release Worldwide In October 2025

Hyderabad, April 28 - Director SS Rajamouli's epic blockbuster Baahubali - The Beginning is returning to the big screen in India and internationally in October 2025, producer Shobu Yarlagadda confirmed on social media on Monday. ## The period action drama, starring superstar Prabhas in the titular role, is often credited as a path-breaking Indian film, which broke the language barrier and emerged as one of the biggest Indian blockbusters ever. ## Producer Shobu Yarlagadda had earlier hinted about the re-release of the movie, and on Monday, he confirmed the same. The filmmaker also revealed that unseen assets, along with a few surprises, will be unveiled regarding the film, leading to its reissue in October this year. ## Originally released in July 2015, Baahubali was the second highest-grossing Indian film at that time with a worldwide collection of 650 crores. Hyderabad, April 25 - Telugu superstar Allu Arjun and director Atlee have teamed up for an ambitious sci-fi film, tentatively called AA22xA6. Produced by Sun Pictures on a budget of over 600 crores, the movie was recently announced, which set the buzz on fire. ## According to the latest report by Peepingmoon.com, the makers have locked Muranl Thakur to play the female lead role opposite Allu Arjun in this mega biggie. The actress underwent a look test at a Mumbai studio yesterday to play one of the film's three female leads. ## Apart from Mrunal, the makers are in talks with Janhvi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone for the other two lead roles. While it is said that Janhvi is almost locked, negotiations with Deepika are still ongoing, and the actress is expected to come on board soon. ## AA22xA6 is envisioned as a high-concept, VFX-driven actioner set in a parallel universe in which Allu Arjun plays his career-first double role. Hyderabad, April 15 - Natural Star Nani's upcoming A-rated action thriller HIT 3 is among the most anticipated Telugu movies of the year. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, the trailer of the film was launched on April 14, and it received a record-breaking response. ## Nani has called the movie a sure-shot blockbuster, and the reception to the trailer suggests the same. In the first 24 hours, the HIT 3 trailer (Telugu) generated a huge viewership of 21.36 million views on YouTube, and this is the biggest view count for a tier-2 Telugu actor. ## Apart from the big viewership, the trailer scored 422K likes, which is also a record. Hyderabad, March 13 โ€” Tamil director Atlee is next teaming up with superstar Allu Arjun after his collaboration with superstar Salman Khan didn't materialize for various reasons. It is a mega-budgeted epic film which reportedly demands a budget of over 600 crores. ## Tamil production house Sun Pictures was on board to bankroll this hugely-anticipated collaboration but it seems things are not moving as per the wish of director Atlee. It is said that the filmmaker is demanding 100 crores in remuneration for the movie and this is reportedly not working in his favour.## According to the latest rumours in Tamil media, Sun Pictures is hesitating and is likely to back out from producing this project. If the studio doesn't bankroll it, then there are reports that producer Dil Raju might take this up which is not yet confirmed.## Additionally, there were reports that Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan would join this massive Pan India project, however, Allu Arjun is reportedly not ready to be a part of a multistarrer in any form, be it an extended cameo or in a full-length role.## The report about AA not willing to headline a 2-hero film might lead director Atlee to revisit the story and if this happens, then the project will be further delayed.
