Mumbai, May 18 - The trailer of Kartik Aaryan-fronted biographical sports drama Chandu Champion was launched on May 18 at the actor's hometown Gwalior, and it looks like an outright winner from every shot. ## Directed by Kabir Khan, Chandu Champion will show Kartik Aaryan playing the character of India's first Paralympic gold medalist, Murlikant Petkar, a man who faced one adversary after another with an undying spirit.## The trailer shows Kartik going from a young man to a soldier, a boxer and ultimately a survivor as it deep dives into the life of the character across various stages. NTR 31: Jr. NTR's Next With Prasanth Neel Reportedly Titled 'Dragon'

Hyderabad, May 17 - Telugu superstar Jr. NTR and director Prashanth Neel announced their first film together, tentatively named NTR 31, a couple of years ago and since then, it has been one of the most anticipated films among the Pan Indian audiences. ## There hasn't been a concrete development about the film but things are moving in the right direction. Reports say, one more formal announcement of the film will be made on May 20, on the occasion of Jr. NTR's birthday, meanwhile, the title of the film has reportedly been revealed ahead of the big announcement. ## According to a report by Pinkvilla, the film is tentatively titled Dragon which the makers reportedly got from Karan Johar. Dragon was supposed to be the original title of Karan Johar's production venture Brahmastra which was released in 2022. ## "While they (Prashanth Neel and Jr. NTR) got the title Dragon in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, the same was registered with Karan Johar in Hindi. It took a simple two-minute conversation with Karan for him to part ways with the title for Neel and NTR", says the report.## Dragon will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Mumbai, May 16 - Producer Bhushan Kumar has shared an update on a rumoured romantic film featuring Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri who were supposed to headline the third instalment of the Aashiqui franchise which has now been put on hold indefinitely.## After Aashiqui 3 got cancelled, Bhushan Kumar's T-Series confirmed that director Anurag Basu would be working on another film with Kartik and Triptii and now, the filmmaker has confirmed the same and said that it will go on floors in July this year. ## During a recent interview (via Bollywood Hungama), Bhushan Kumar said, "We are not making Aashiqui right now but we are working on another movie which we are starting in July. It'll be directed by Anurag Basu. When we were making Aashiqui 3, it was not working out. So, now we are making another romantic movie which Anurag Dada is directing. Kartik Aaryan's 'Chandu Champion' Trailer Date Revealed

Mumbai, May 15 - Director Kabir Khan and actor Kartik Aaryan teamed up for the first time for a biographical sports drama film Chandu Champion. The first look poster of the movie was launched on May 15 and now, the makers are gearing up to release the trailer. ## According to the report by Bollywood Hungama, the trailer of Chandu Champion will be launched on May 18 in Kartik Aaryan's hometown, Gwalior. After leaving a mark with the first look poster, the trailer is expected to raise the excitement ahead of the film's release on June 14. ## Chandu Champion is inspired by the real-life story of India's first Paralympic gold medalist Murlikant Petkar, a man who faced one adversary after another with an undying spirit. His unwavering zeal and never-give-up attitude led to India's first individual gold medal in any form of the Olympics.## The movie is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Kabir Khan.
