Billed as an impossible love story, the film is a quirky take on the romance between a human and a robot, loaded with family drama. ## Directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, the trailer of TBMAUJ was released on January 18. The trailer showcased the underlying chemistry between Shahid and Kriti, and it is loaded with fun moments involving romance and comedy. The trailer received a unanimous positive reception from the audience. ## In the first 24 hours, the fun-filled trailer of the film scored 45+ million views across all platforms. It alone scored around 40 million views on YouTube and Instagram which is a very good response. Mumbai, January 19 - Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan's aerial action drama Fighter, directed by Siddharth Anand, has been rated U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification. Also starring Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor, the film is scheduled to release on January 25. ## Fighter was censored on January 19 with an approved theatrical runtime of 166 minutes (2 hours and 46 minutes). It marks Hrithik and Siddharth Anand's third film together after Bang Bang and War while this is the first time Hrithik and Deepika have come together. ## The official plot of the film reads, "With the militant activities growing out of control along the Line of Control, Air Headquarters decides to form a special unit called Air Dragons at the Air Force base in Srinagar. Mumbai, January 19 - Sunny Deol as Tara Singh will be returning for the third round after Zee Studios reportedly green-lit the threequel to the mega-blockbuster period action drama franchise, Gadar. It all began in 2021 when Sunny Deol and director Anil Sharma teamed up for "Gadar: Ek Prem Katha" which went on to become the biggest Indian blockbuster of that time. ## 22 years later, the team of Gadar reunited for its sequel, "Gadar 2: The Katha Continues" and scripted history with it. The movie went on to gross close to 700 crores at the worldwide box office and became one of the biggest blockbusters of all time. The mega success of Gadar 2 ensured that there would be the third film in the series and it is happening. ## Though it was already reported that director Anil Sharma trying the crack the idea Gadar 3, and according to Pinkvilla, the filmmaker has finally locked the basic idea and Zee Studios has green-lit the same. It is said that the first round of paperwork has been done between Zee Studios, Anil Sharma, and Sunny Deol. ## The franchise has been set against the backdrop of the Indo-Pak conflict and Gadar 3 will follow the same though the stakes will be higher than before. "A lot of writing will happen to develop the idea, but the team has got the direction of where the story of Tara Singh, Sakina, and Jeete heads from here on", the report says. ## Director Anil Sharma has himself confirmed the development and said that he would start working on the Gadar 3 script after completing his upcoming film featuring his son Utkarsh Sharma and Nana Patekar. The film is expected to go on floors in the second half of 2025. ## Sunny Deol, meanwhile, recently concluded the shooting for his next titled "Safar". It was supposed to be his next directorial film for the big screen after Alia Bhatt's "Gangubai Kathiawadi" (2022). ## According to a report by Pinkvilla, "Baiju Bawra" wouldn't be the immediate next for the maverick filmmaker, and the same has been conveyed to all the talents who were supposed to work on the film. Both Ranveer and Alia had allotted bulk dates for the movie but both of them will now be shifting their focus to other projects. ## The report stated that SLB is planning to take his next directorial venture on floors by May/June 2024. SLB's next is said to be a very ambitious story close to his heart and will be the talk of the town once the official announcement is made though the exact details about the casting and other aspects are revealed yet. ## Meanwhile, the report further said that SLB is looking to revive "Inshallah" to explore a light-hearted romantic comedy, and is reportedly in talks with superstar Shah Rukh Khan to bring him on board for the same. Hyderabad, January 16 - Superstar Mahesh Babu's Guntur Kaaram has another good hold at the domestic box office and the movie is inching closer to 100 crores net mark in India within the first week despite the mixed reviews from critics. ## The action drama film continues to benefit from the Pongal holidays, scoring an estimated 11-12 crores net (13-14) collection on its first Tuesday/fifth day. The holiday period plus the stardom of Babu is proving to be a saving grace for the movie after getting a mixed reception. ## The total collection of Guntur Kaaram has reached over 94+ crores net (111 crores gross) after 5 days, per estimates, and it will top 100 crores net by tomorrow. The Pongal holidays and the coming weekend should ensure a hit verdict of the film, which could have easily collapsed in a normal week with the kind of drop it had on its second day. ## Meanwhile, director Prashanth Varma's Hanuman continues to riot and has another super solid day at the box office. According to early estimates, the superhero movie scored around 12.50-13.50 crores net (14.50-15.50 crores gross) on its fifth day in Telugu and Hindi, pushing the total net to over 68.50+ crores (81 crores gross). ## The Telugu version continues to put up a solid show as it scored an estimated 10+ crores net (12 crores gross) on Tuesday (total 49.50+ crores), getting the benefit of a holiday in Telugu states while the Hindi version witnessed a drop of around 25% today for an estimated 2.50-2.75 crores net, pushing total Hindi net to over 18 crores.## Hanuman is proving the biggest hit among the other Sankranthi releases this year by a good margin and it is likely to top Guntur Kaaram in the overall collection soon. ## Stay tuned...

Mumbai, January 16 - In February 2022, Sony Pictures India in association with Mukesh Khanna's Bheeshm International announced the big screen adaptation of Khanna-led iconic superhero TV show Shaktimaan. The makes also released the concept video and announced that it would be made into a trilogy. ## However, after making the grand announcement, there hasn't been a concrete development on the same, except for reports that Ranveer Singh is on board to headline the project with Malayalam actor and filmmaker Basil Joseph to direct it.## Since there was not much happening around this ambitious film, it was recently reported that the makers have shelved it due to its high budget which is said to be over 500 crores. The report claimed that Sony was not ready to invest such a huge amount in the film at the moment but might revisit it in the future with a reduced budget. ## But it seems there was no truth about the aforementioned development as General Manager & Head, Sony Pictures International Productions, India, Lada Guruden Singh has refuted the reports and confirmed that the movie is very much on. The movie did show a minor jump of around 3% on Sunday, and it remained in the same range with a similar kind of jump today. ## According to early estimates, Guntur Kaaram minted around 14-15 crores net (16-17 crores gross) collection on its first Monday, a holiday in South India. The movie has started getting the support of family audiences, despite the mixed word-of-mouth. Since the big drop on the second day, the film hasn't dropped further which is a good sign. ## The film's total collection has reached around 83+ crores net (98 crores gross) after the first 4 days, as per estimates. Guntur Kaaram should show the same trend over the next two days as the Pongal holidays continue and then the second weekend should help it further. ## Meanwhile, director Prashanth Varma's Hanuman has another rock-solid day at the box office. In the original Telugu version, the movie has its biggest day while the Hindi version too has a stronghold and it eventually collects more than the first day numbers. According to early estimates, the superhero movie scored 14-15 crores net (16-17 crores gross) on its first Monday/4th day.
