Director Anees Bazmee Issues Clarification For His Remarks On Singham Again Clashing With His Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3
Mumbai, September 19 - Director Anees Bazmee is facing some heat ahead of the release of his hugely-awaited Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, starring Kartik Aaryan. The horror comedy is scheduled to hit the big screen on November 1st and it will clash with another biggie, Singham Again starring Ajay Devgn. ## There has been a lot of buzz around the box office clash between BB3 and Singham 3, and it seemed Bazmee was not happy with it as BB3 was the first to lock a Diwali release in its pursuit of getting a solo release. It was recently reported that the BB3 team approached director Rohit Shetty to consider postponing the release of his cop drama. ## Bazmee said in a recent interview the BB3 and Singham Again releasing at the same weekend is a business decision taken by the producers and he doesn't want to interfere in this by asking Ajay Devgn and anyone else to reconsider their decision. However, the comments made by the filmmaker didn't go well with a section of the audience and now, he has issued a clarification on the same. ## "Some media personnel are misinterpreting my statement. As a filmmaker with over three decades of experience, I focus on crafting compelling stories, not getting entangled in film release/ business dynamics", Bazmee said and added that he is excited about both movies. ## "I've seen many films succeed despite releasing on the same day. Seems like my words were lost in translation! Let me rephrase: I am thrilled for both Singham 3 and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Two amazing films, two talented teams.
