Mumbai, July 11 - The first teaser/trailer of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's action thriller "Jawan" with director Atlee Kumar has taken the internet on fire and is breaking records. The 2+ minutes of the action-packed promo are getting appreciation all around as fans are going gaga over SRK's mass look. ## The Hindi trailer, named as Preveu, of "Jawan" is already among the top most-viewed Bollywood movie trailers of all time and by far the most-viewed trailer of Shah Rukh Khan's movie ever in the first 24 hours. With 45.70 million views for the Hindi version of Jawan, it has become the 4th most-watched Hindi language trailer of all time in 24 hours. ## Prabhas-fronted "Adipurush" trailer will remain on top with over 52 million views, be it Hindi language or a Bollywood trailer in the first 24 hours, followed by Ranbir Kapoor's "Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar" with close to 51 million views. Mumbai, July 10 - Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's musical romantic drama film "Satyaprem Ki Katha" has emerged as a success at the worldwide box office. ## Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the movie crossed the 100 crores gross mark on its 12th day globally. It has so far grossed 80.60 crores domestically and an estimated 21 crores at the overseas box office to push the total worldwide collection to 101.60 crores. ## SPK has become the 5th movie of Kartik Aaryan after "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety", "Luka Chuppi", "Pati Patni Aur Woh", and "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2" to breach the 100 crores gross club globally while it is Kiara's 7th movie after "M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story", "Bharat Ane Nenu" (Telugu), "Kabir Singh", "Good Newwz", "Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2", and "Jugjugg Jeeyo" to do the same in the leading roles.## Overall, "Satyaprem Ki Katha" is the 8th Bollywood film of the year to score a century at the worldwide box office and is likely to finish above Ajay Devgn's "Bholaa" which grossed approx. 123 crores. ## Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, SPK is trending well due to the lack of big competition from Bollywood movies and this momentum should continue for the next couple of weeks as the next big Hindi film is Karan Johar's "Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani" on July 28. Mumbai, July 10 - National-award winning filmmaker Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan's latest film "72 Hoorain" has had a low opening weekend at the box office as the movie could score approx. 1.25 crores net in three days. ## Starring Pavan Malhotra and Ameer Bashir in lead roles, "72 Hoorain" was hit by controversy even before its release as a section accused the makers of hurting religious sentiments through the movie. CBFC granted the movie 'A' certificate. ## Unlike "The Kerala Story", this kind of controversy failed to hype up "72 Hoorain" as the movie almost went unnoticed at the box office in the opening weekend. Shah Rukh Khan Dons Multiple Looks To Fight Wrongs In Society In The Action-Packed Teaser/Trailer of 'Jawan'

Mumbai, July 10 - The wait finally ends and the Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is there to fight the wrongs in society in the first look teaser/trailer of the highly-anticipated action thriller film Jawan" directed by Atlee Kumar. ## The 2-minute and 12 seconds promo gives the first look at Shah Rukh Khan's different looks as well as the first look at Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, and Deepika Padukone (cameo). The makers have officially described the movie as a "high-octane action thriller which outlines the emotional journey of a man who is set to rectify the wrongs in society". ## The promo begins with a voiceover by Shah Rukh Khan, who says, "I don't know who I am or what I am, I do not know". He goes on to say whether he is a promise made to a mother or a purpose.. unfinished. "Am I good or bad, a blessing or a curse, ask these questions yourself. Because I am you, for better or worse".## In between the dialogues, the actor indulges in some high-octane action scenes before we get to see glimpses of the soldier character that SRK plays. The teaser then gives a glimpse of SRK's bandaged look before he takes off his bandages to reveal an all-new bald look to hijack a train and goes on to say "When I become the villain, no hero stands a chance against me". ## SRK accompanies by his girl gang which helps him to fight the wrongs. Nayanthara and Deepika can also be seen involved in the fight scenes. The action-heavy promo, however, doesn't reveal what are the wrongs the actor and his girl gang are fighting. The promo ends with a funny train scene in which SRK is having a funny dance to an old song while the passengers shaking. ## Overall, the teaser lives up to the high expectations as it promises a complete mass entertainer SRK has never done before. Box Office: 'Satyaprem Ki Katha' Scores A Big Jump On Its Second Saturday

Mumbai, July 9 - Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani's musical romantic drama film "Satyaprem Ki Katha" is heading for a healthy lifetime collection at the domestic box office. Despite being not a mass-friendly film, it has done well in the first week to enter the second weekend with a bang. ## After dropping just 5% on its second Friday for 2.85 crores net, the Sameer Vidhwans-directed flick scored a big jump of 66.67% on its second Saturday to collect 4.75 crores net. This takes the total net collection to 60.81 crores in 10 days. It is expected to score a further jump today and is likely to bring in 5.50 crores for the second-weekend collection of around 13 crores. ## SPK also has done decently at the overseas box office to score approx. 13 crores net (estimated). The worldwide collection of the movie currently stands at around 85 crores gross and it will soon enter the 100-crore gross club globally. ## The Sajid Nadiadwala production has been able to attract its target multiplex audiences, especially the youth which is loving this romantic saga. Mumbai, July 8 - Director Rajkumar Hirani's maiden film with superstar Shah Rukh Khan, "Dunki" is one of the hugely anticipated films in the making. It is a social comedy-drama film based on the rampant use of an illegal backdoor route called 'Donkey Flight' to immigrate to countries like Canada and the USA. ## "Dunki" is scheduled to release during the Christmas weekend this year and it is expected to be one of the biggest hits of Indian cinema. The movie is currently the post-production work and in between, the makers have already reportedly locked the non-theatrical rights of the film. ## It was recently reported that the non-theatrical rights of "Dunki" have been sold in a whopping amount of approx. 230 crores, and now, it has been revealed that the streaming rights alone have fetched 155 crores, making it the biggest post-theatrical OTT deal for an Indian movie in a single language. ## According to Bollywood Hungama, "Dunki" will be streaming on Jio Cinema after its theatrical release. "This is the biggest deal in the history of Indian Cinema for a film released in a single language. It has got a lot to do with the brand of Rajkumar Hirani coming together with the brand of Shah Rukh Khan", says the report. ## "Dunki" is a co-production of SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment with Rajkumar Hirani Films. The filmmaker has been working on the script for a long time and it was recently reported that it might take a few more months to complete the entire script work. ## During this period, the superstar was also interested in a film offered by producer Karan Johar, but now, according to a report in Mid-Day, the "Dabangg" star has made up his mind and picked Barjatya's film that is reportedly titled "Prem Ki Shaadi". ## It is said that Salman loved the script when it was first narrated to him in 2020 but due to the pandemic, the development of the film got delayed. Now, the duo is set to take the movie on floors next month in August as the pre-production reportedly commenced last month. ## "Romantic dramas, set in a family, are a success at the box office today, as seen with Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and Satyaprem Ki Katha. Salman is fond of such stories, which is why he had immediately given his nod to Prem Ki Shaadi. However, finalizing the screenplay took time. The team began pre-production last month, setting the stage for an August shoot", reports Mid-Day. ## As reported earlier, "Prem Ki Shaadi" revolves around a nuclear family.
